Welcome to Have a Good Day House. This private house is located beside the Lum Ta Klong River surrounded by nature near Kho Yai. The house includes a front yard and backyard for you to enjoy the outdoor scenery. We offer all necessary amenities in the house to make sure that you will have a perfect vacation. It is a modern cottage style villa on the Lam Takong River with clear water that you can swim in. There is a lawn surrounding the area. The house consists of 3 large bedrooms with bathrooms and various amenities so that you can relax in the midst of nature to the fullest.

The Homey Cottage

Pool Villa Cottage, a vacation home decorated in a beach house style, is situated in a shady garden, approximately 600 meters from Jomtien Beach. It features a 3 x 6 meter saltwater swimming pool with a depth of 1.30 meters and a waterslide. The lawn area and backyard garden are arranged as a seating area with a barbecue grill for evening meals and grilled dishes. The BBQ is perfect for small family or group of friends parties who want to spend time doing activities together on their days off.
