We were not able to stay because of work. But Nathalie was a perfect host

The place is ideal for families in a peaceful residential area with no sound of traffic. The apartment is adequately furnished, the shared pool was perfect for my kid. Everything else is a short tuk tuk ride away. They also gave us complimentary bicycle with helmets and locks, so ideal if you want to ride around. There is a friendly dod on the property. By 9 pm its super peaceful to snooze. If i come back, i will surely stay here.

호스트 응답이 빠르며 시설이 가격대비 좋습니다. 위치는 T1이라 T2에 비해 불편함이 있지만 도보 5분거리 안에 마트 및 쇼핑몰이 있어 편리합니다.

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

This place is a little far from the beach but a great location to relax . The place is exactly like the photos and the host is extremely friendly

เรามาพักช่วงสงกรานต์ ซึ่งจองไว้แค่คืนเดียวทีแรก แต่พอมาพักแล้วไม่อยากกลับเลยค่ะ ที่พักกว้างขวางเป็นส่วนตัวมาก วิวทะเลสวยงาม ดูพระอาทิตย์ตกสวยงามทุกวัน มี 3 ห้องนอนและห้องเสริมอีกห้องใช้นอนได้อีก ห้องนั่งเล่นกว้างขวาง ชุดครัวครบครัน คุ้มค่าเงินมากๆ ชอบค่ะ

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

Roland was the perfect host — attentive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. The villa itself was incredible: spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring two stunning 360-degree balconies with breathtaking views. The location was truly something special, with access to a secluded private beach that felt like a hidden paradise. The entire team on-site was exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving a variety of delicious dishes and an excellent selection of drinks. Every meal felt like a treat. Great location, center of Hanoi. Quite place, just 5 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake. I also enjoy train street. The apt has everything I need, will comeback

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

Trevligt boende med gott om förvaring. Bekväma möbler på balkongen En promenad genom poolområdet sen är man på den långa stranden. Restauranger finns på gångavstånd. Vi har bott i huset tidigare men första gången i den här lägenheten och den är helt klart vår favorit. Vi trivdes utmärkt och Natt som värd är väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam och svarade snabbt vid kontakt. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet och området.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Thao was a super host to us for sure. She was always responsive, accommodating, and super helpful with all the questions I've had during my stay. The place was clean, tidy and close to District 1 and look like the pictures and matched all the descriptions. I highly recommend staying here.

예약한 숙소 전기에 문제가 있어 다른 숙소를 이용했는데 방 컨디션은(위치, 방, 화장실 등) 동일하게 좋았습니다. 호스트님은 질문에 즉각 대응해주셨고 수건도 매일 교체 해주셨습니다. 거실, 방에 에어컨이 각각 있어 투숙 하는동안 시원했습니다. 4군에 위치해 있어 1군, 2군하고는 거리가 좀 있지만 그부분은 알고 예약한것이고 그랩 이용이 편리하여 이동하는데 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 주변에 호치민 여행 가는 사람 있으면 추천해줄게요~
