Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mekong River Delta

Nous avons profité de 5 nuits dans cette superbe maison moderne et toutefois très conviviale, les espaces sont très bien répartis. Tout est parfait pour un séjour en famille agréable, belle piscine privée mais aussi beau complexe hôtelier avec plusieurs espaces piscine, solarium, restaurants, salle de gym, sauna, hammam… un service de buggy nous emmène a la plage et son restaurant. Les espaces verts sont magnifiques, Nguyen Hường est une personne très aimable et courtoise, toujours prête à vous aider et nous la remercions encore pour ce séjour qui nous a permis de recharger nos batteries avant de quitter le Vietnam

It started with great communication, we were stranded after using some other platform to reserve a place and then decided to use Airbnb which we are used to. The host could speak English, communicated and responded quickly. He helped us firstly by offering free transport to his place at a time when we were desperate. He allowed us to drop off our bags while his staff were cleaning the villa and offered an early check in as soon as cleaners were done. We were upgraded from a 3bdrm to a 4 bedroom villa at no additional cost. When we finally reached the Villa we could not believe our eyes as the villa is a beautiful 5 star & looks more stunning than photos. The location is awesome, the surroundings peaceful and picturesque. The villa and the pool are great. Above all we were more than impressed by the communication and response both from our host and his staff. This deserves nothing short of 5 star excellence. We will definitely book the same place with the same host if we come back.

If you want a small place to stay in the heart but literally in the heart of Saigon this is your place to go, forget those five star hotel the place is small and cozy. Everything is well equipped brand-new the host is responsive and very helpful and very very nice The price is literally half or less compare to those big four star hotel but you have the whole place for yourself and in the center of Saigon so you’re gonna pay the taxi cheaper everywhere you go Outside of the house is very Vietnamese street life, lots of local around selling stuff and A ROOSTER waking you up in the morning Bref if you need a good value in the center and close to the locals this is the place eyes shut 👌

We had a very good stay and the team looked after us really well. The villas were very clean and appeared as per the images online. They have bikes available for rent and also have a golf cart to drop and pick you up from the cafes and restaurants close by.

Our 5 days stay was great! Would recommend this place if you have a large group. Our family loved and enjoyed the place.

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

I am very glad that I rented a place here, I hope to move in here for a long time soon

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ này. Ngay từ khi bước vào, chúng tôi đã ấn tượng với không gian rộng rãi, thiết kế sang trọng và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

Chủ nhà tốt bụng, chỗ ở rất sạch sẽ, vị trí dễ tìm, hướng dẫn check in va check out rõ ràng, chuyên nghiệp, tôi có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời.

I had a fantastic stay, it was lovely to relax and enjoy the beach and the rooftop pool. The people at the reception deck are so helpful. I totally recommend this say if you want a little break from HCMC

Este airbnb es el alojamiento perfecto. No solo estaba completamente limpio si no que tenía un muy buen estilo, amenities y sobretodo quiero destacar la atención de la anfitriona. Superó las expectativas que nos hicimos con las fotos! En planta baja hay un restaurante maravilloso que vale 100% la pena. Sin duda si volvemos a Ho Chi Minh volveremos a este alojamiento ☺️

It’s a new listing in a very new, and luxurious building. The apartment had very modern amenities including a bidet and washer/dryer. Only problem is the construction above. Since it’s still very new, the apartments are still being built out so there was a lot of banging noises Monday-Sat, starting early at 7:30-8am. If you are planning to stay here, take that into account. Once the construction is done, this apartment will be an amazing place to stay. I would rebook again.

Quynh is very responsive whenever we ask something. The place is very homely and clean. We love the 2 big swimming pools at the apartment area!

Stayed for a week at this AirBNB. This is an incredible property. Thao Dien is a great walkable neighborhood, that compares well to my favorite lived-in urban communities in NYC and DC. Great restaurants. Great coffee nearby. A fantastic gourmet grocery store is STEPS from this rental. The traffic in the area is low to moderate. I felt safe running in the neighborhood. The unit's decor is updated some from the pictures. More plants. Nothing negative. It's very comfortable. The kitchenware is better than many vacation rentals. I liked the outdoor shower in the master bedroom. There are stairs to get into the building; but an elevator to get up to the unit. The street is quiet. Housekeeping came multiple times. Hosts were professional and responsive. We had two key cards provided right away. There is no dishwasher. There is a clothes washer in-unit; but no dryer. The basement garage has a dryer in it that we were invited to use. I would be happy with a long-term stay here.

Я выбрал квартиру в основном из-за района Vinhomes. Это довольно комфортное место, совсем не похожее на Хошимин. Квартира просторная. В ней есть вся мебель и техника. Всё работает. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Они моментально приходили на помощь и по поводу жилья, и по личным вопросам. Из небольших минусов: - на улице рядом с домом есть деревенское караоке. Они любят шуметь, но в 22 часа всегда замолкают - кухня не очень приспособлена для готовки В целом, я прожил тут хороший спокойный месяц. Спасибо!

Third time staying in this wonderful home away from home. Would recommend so highly to anyone visiting HCMC. Will be back (soon)!

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Bei Rückfragen wurde umgehend und immer höflich und zuvorkommend geantwortet. Wir waren weit vor Check-In Zeit da und durften dann sogar unsere Koffer bereits vor Check-In sicher abstellen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und den freundlichen Kontakt!

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.
