Farmstay vacation rentals in Mekong River Delta

This accommodation was a dream: in the middle of nature, staying with a super friendly local family which makes the best food (recommending doing a cooking class) and you have the opportunity to rent bicycles for free to explore the small villages around the home stay. All in all: 10/10 :))

We stayed at Truc's house for three nights and the experience was AMAZING. The whole family made our stay interesting and authentic. Her mom is an incredible cook, and she even allowed us to help in the kitchen. Truc and her sister took us to the floating market, where we ate breakfast and drank delicious coffee with milk. Besides that, we went to a regular market and visited some elderly ladies making traditional hats and mats/carpets. We also cycled across the island and learned about the local flora and fauna. This was a true Mekong Delta experience. We highly recommend staying there. Tuck will help you with instructions, including which bus to take and where to get off.

We enjoyed the three days very much and the hosts were so friendly and we had nice evenings together. Thank you very much.

Thuan hosts an amazing homestay in a peaceful part of Ben Tre province, and his tours are excellent. My husband and I stayed three nights in the house (with Thaun and his dad in the other two bedrooms), ate breakfast each morning at his sisters' restaurant/snack shop next door (and one night she delivered dinner to the house's patio for us). Good AC in the bedrooms and wifi throughout. There are also two guesthouses on the property, which is a coconut farm; the newer of the two is available only sometimes. Thuan is incredibly helpful and communicative, with great English. Our two different tours with him, by bike and motor boat and row boat were just fantastic and full of interesting sites and anecdotes. And delicious food.

Amazing host ! Takes very good care of his guests. The free bikes are very useful to move around a little. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The dogs, cat and puppies were adorable. All the staff is super friendly.

We had a wonderful time at Anh and Vu's. They welcomed us very warmly and made us feel right at home. We got a lot of valuable tips from them and were able to enjoy the last days of our vacation very much. Anh organized a very good scooter for us to get around the island. (The traffic is suitable for beginners) Approximately 500 m away is Rorys Beach Bar, where you can use the pool at any time. In general, you can very well share the pools or beach access in the various resorts on the island. The separate bungalow is very quietly located in the back of the garden and there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Next door is a small market and you can get everything you need to cook from a traveling merchant. In the next village you will find fruit/vegetable stands and in the city center also some supermarkets. Overall, Anh and Vu were very loving and attentive hosts. Thank you!

The wood hut of the pepper farm, close to the forest, cool at night, the wood hut is very clean, there are many elements of Vietnamese local, there are many elements of Vietnamese local in it, the host is very comfortable, the host family is very comfortable, there is a lovely child who is good at sharing toys, this is an orchard, the host planted many fruits, the host has no air conditioning, but the experience of staying is very natural, the sound, water temperature, the picture, the fantastical, the likes of nature do not miss it.
