The host was really kind. I wanted a cozy room, and it was more cozy and bigger than the picture. There is no big inconvenience in living. Two thumbs up.

Great stay at Junie. The place is a bit far from center but perfect for people living/doing business in district 7. Very clean and easy to check in. Junie is always responsive and helpful

My friends and i enjoyed the stay so much! Loved the living room area where we watched shows together. There is a 4P outlet <5mins walk away. Beds were one of the best we stayed in, as compared to many hotels/airbnbs. Would love to return if i visit HCM again! Thanks for the splendid stay :)

We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

This time, I went on my first international trip with old friends ~ It is located in a quiet neighborhood without being noisy, so I had a comfortable stay ~ You can take a taxi anywhere in 20 minutes based on the accommodation, and the taxi fare is cheap, so I stayed casually. The host also responds well and is kind ~ Ah! The view from the rooftop is also very good:)

It started with great communication, we were stranded after using some other platform to reserve a place and then decided to use Airbnb which we are used to. The host could speak English, communicated and responded quickly. He helped us firstly by offering free transport to his place at a time when we were desperate. He allowed us to drop off our bags while his staff were cleaning the villa and offered an early check in as soon as cleaners were done. We were upgraded from a 3bdrm to a 4 bedroom villa at no additional cost. When we finally reached the Villa we could not believe our eyes as the villa is a beautiful 5 star & looks more stunning than photos. The location is awesome, the surroundings peaceful and picturesque. The villa and the pool are great. Above all we were more than impressed by the communication and response both from our host and his staff. This deserves nothing short of 5 star excellence. We will definitely book the same place with the same host if we come back.

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

A great option for authentic accommodation. Everything corresponds to the photos, three floors, two bedrooms, two balconies, a bathroom on each of the floors. Within walking distance to the city center, large shopping centers and attractions. Quiet location, air conditioning and fans in each of the rooms. Keyless access with clear instructions. There is even bottled drinking water Thank you, I would definitely recommend)

The place is so clean. There are no ants. The bathroom is clean. The location is also great. And I had a little trouble at 11pm, and the host came and helped me. It was so good in communication. I really recommend it!!!

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.
