Helen’s apartment was perfect for our week-long stay! The apartment is beautifully designed with modern decor that is both stylish and cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. The appliances were top-notch and extremely convenient—everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a reliable washing machine, was readily available. Helen also thoughtfully stocked the apartment with household essentials, which made our stay so much easier and stress-free. What truly set this experience apart was Helen's exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all of our inquiries, no matter how small. Her customer service was impeccable, and it was evident that she genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. From the get go, Tin was extremely communicative and responsive. When there was anything I wanted to ask about or required, I could trust that it was handled as soon as I messaged Tin. The location is truly the biggest bonus, it is surrounded by many cafes and all the stores that are required. Travel into the city centre is also incredibly easy, and catching a grab was also great with the tower guards who were constantly directing taxis and making our travels easier. Would highly recommend booking a stay with Tin!

I had a wonderful stay at Joyce place! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. Joyce was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We did hit a snag when we checked in. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par, however the host took actions as soon as we reached out and fixed the problem for us. That’s all I can ask for as a guest, I understand things go wrong, but when a host is proactive and acts right away that enough for me. The location is pretty central, lots of things around, the place was as described, good value for the money. I would def recommend it.

This a good apartment to stay in. Especially if you have a large group that want to stay together. Much better than a hotel here in My Tho. It’s tucked away from the main roads and very quiet and peaceful day and night. It’s close to the River Precinct and Supermarkets/Cafes/Street Shopping etc Whatever you need is close by. Nice rooms and beds with Airconditioning. Excellent security. My Tho is a great place not far from Ho Chi Min with lots to do and some of the happiest and most welcoming people I have ever met in all of Vietnam.

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

True to whats in the picture. The 2 huge TV was a hit. I love the place. close to restaurants and short walk to the metro Train. it's my 2nd time and will definitely come back. Thanks Minh for being a great host

Nice decorated room, spacious room also. It's located in the city center so easy for moving around. It's in the small alley, so a bit of effort required if you have big luggage.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

very clean, large and feel very comfortable. the environment is very good. highly recommend for group of people who like nature and quietness from city.

Very nice place to stay, if you want to visit Nesat village. Neat and clean, Claire is a very considerate host. Well equipped kitchen, full size fridge, cold water already in the fridge when we arrived, we really had no problems. We arrived in low season, and many people in the Nesat community were not present. Claire helped us with whom offered food at the moment, and where to go and what to see. Great place to go, if you enjoy a quit time. Not an abundance of things to do very close to Nesat, but a great community, and we very much enjoyed the beaches and mangrove forests, and just hanging out with our kids in the villa and enjoying family time in the Forrest.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

The apartment complex is quiet and very secure so it's a great place to relax and chill from the hectic roads and traffic. Hai is very responsive and quickly replied to all my needs. highly recommended!

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

Mình book căn hộ cho gia đình, căn hộ xinh và host rất supportive lun!!! Căn hộ thơm tho xỉu, chăn ga sạch sẽ ngủ ngon ko bị lạ nhà. Có đủ dụng cụ bếp cho các bạn muốn nấu nướng tại nhà. View thư giãn, bước xuống là đủ thứ ăn chơi rùi. Điểm cộng là check in dễ dàng, có hướng dẫn đầy đủ. Highly recommend lun ạ !!!
