Jaime is an awesome host. He made our stay unforgettable as always. He goes above and beyond with our requests. He was responsive, friendly and respectful. We are always glad to stay in that adorable property. I hope the upcoming guest/s are as respectful as we were of his house. Guest/s please treat it as your own home. Our stay in the a-frame house on the Hacienda del Rejo was magical. Waking up every morning to the view of the valley and hearing the animals and the birds was so relaxing. It's a great setup because while the house has a full kitchen, the Hacienda restaurant is a quick 3-minute walk down the path, and the food is excellent. The lodge where the restaurant is housed also has a ping pong table and a pool table which my sons loved to play on while we waited for dinner. There is also a cozy fireplace and lots of history in the lodge! We loved riding horses on the property. Rides were reasonably priced, and seeing the property this way is amazing! We also loved spending time with the animals on the farm. Goats, llamas, horses, donkeys, and chickens! The house was well-provisioned and very cozy. On chilly evenings, we kept warm by the woodstove and the great hot tub! Everyone at the property took great care of us, they were all kind and welcoming! Our family loved our time here!

Our trip to the treehouse was cut short due to a flight issue but Felipe did everything he could to make sure we had a great time. Our girls 4-6 were looking forward for weeks to be there and were not disappointed, they will be bragging to their friends for years about Margarita Felipe recommended a lil burger stand up the street which hit the spot perfectly with our late arrival.
