Five Points Cottage. An amazing little place!

Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.

The property is close to the TN River/boat launch, great hiking near by, beautiful downtown Dayton is just 10 minutes away, we’re 50 minutes to Chattanooga, and a little over an hour to Knoxville. This quiet little quest house is only 6 miles from Dayton. Five boat ramps are located within a 6 mile radius. We will do our very best to make your stay as enjoyable as we can and will provide contact information for cleaning or linen service at check in. There is plenty of room for a boat under the adjacent carport. Outdoor electrical is also available.
