Newly renovated, bright and quiet 58 m2 old apartment in a quiet location in the 7th district. Optimal connection via Bim and subway to all districts. Elevator available; as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a new washing machine. Numerous recommended restaurants, coffee houses and shops are right outside the front door – as well as a bakery, an (organic) supermarket, a pharmacy and drugstores. The Museumsquartier and the first district in general are a 15-minute walk away.

I`m happy to host you in my lovely, sunny flat, just beside SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE. To the Gardens of the Schönbrunn Palace you will walk only 3 Min. Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!

The studio is fully equipped. Coffee/tea/fruit/sweets included. Perfect for weekend trips and longer stays.
