The apartment is wonderfully decorated and very close to the beach. There are several pools on the very nice complex. The kids especially liked that. Mehdi was a great host who always responded quickly to questions. We felt right at home. We used taxis for shopping and excursions, e.g. to Rabat.

Location is a typical Moroccan city neighbourhood, well away from touristy areas, with street traders passing by all day long, a kindergarten on the ground floor and the call to prayer of nearby mosques. It is spacious, with a traditional living room. The large terrace faces NE and gets little sunshine, but I was still able to sit out on it, even in winter. It must be wonderful in hotter months. Crockery was a bit sparse but all the domestic appliances worked fine. Avoid the washing machine's 'very dirty' cycle, which is quite aggressive. The shower was wonderful. Salé Medina is close, a good source of fresh food, and there are plenty of small shops nearby. The butcher just around the corner is excellent. Rabat is easily accessible by tram. Taoufiq didn't always see first messages quickly, but once he knew there was something to deal with, he did it as fast as possible. Downsides: The internet is super slow. It's a bit chilly, especially on colder days, despite the fan heater.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment in Kenitra! The apartment was incredibly spacious and beautifully maintained, offering more than enough room to relax and feel comfortable. The location was perfect – close to everything you need and in a safe, peaceful area. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, which made arriving stress-free. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions or requests, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care put into making the apartment feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kenitra – and I will definitely be booking again on my next trip!

Hassan's apartment was just as advertised, its beautiful, across the street from a park, and the sunlight in the morning is extremely satisfying. The bathrooms, linens and kitchen were very clean, more than enough blankets and generally a warm "at home feeling" in a very secure building that has an elevator. Hassan was extremely responsive to requests and questions.

I am delighted with my week spent in Maria's home! She was very responsive to all questions and requests. His father welcomed me with kindness, and it was the same for the exit. He was very accommodating for the check-in and checkout schedule. As for the accommodation, it corresponds in every way to the description given. It is quiet and close to various shops. I'll come back for sure! Thank you 🙏🏼

Very nice apartment, located a 5-minute walk from the beaches of the nations. The apartment is located in a very well guarded residential complex with a beautiful pool just downstairs from the apartment. We were hosted by our host and her family very well. I would recommend this apartment to all those who want peace and quiet and safe

Excellent communication super host, very kind and careful host, when I arrived the fridge was full of water milk and all the basic things you need when you arrive. Simply the best! The place is impeccably clean, safe, secure, and wonderfully peaceful—what more could you ask for? If you're looking to escape the hustle and noise of the city, this is the perfect retreat. It's easy to find and conveniently located near Rabat, Bouznika, and Skhirat, with plenty to explore within a 30-minute drive. The host was incredibly responsive, and we appreciated the thoughtful guidebook provided upon arrival, detailing various activities in the area. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back!

An impeccable stay. Botaina is very nice and responsive. She responds very quickly to the various questions asked The apartment has a wonderful view of the sea. It's big and clean. The neighborhood is very pleasant. Rabat is a beautiful city. Travel is easily done on foot if you like to walk (2 km Agdal Rabat station... To take trains to Casa, Tangier and others to visit other cities.) Otherwise you can ask the small blue taxis to drive you to the city center for a little fee. Finally, tram line 2 is a 15-minute walk away and will take you to the center towards the medina. So everything is As described by Botaina. Recommended.

This was my second time staying in this apartment, i cannot recommend enough. The location is perfect for rabat, everything you need in walking distance and everywhere else in the city easy to get to with tram links nearby. The apartment has everything you need. The area is super safe and pierre was a great host, easy check in experience and easy to communicate with.
