Family-friendly vacation rentals in Mehdya

The apartment is wonderfully decorated and very close to the beach. There are several pools on the very nice complex. The kids especially liked that. Mehdi was a great host who always responded quickly to questions. We felt right at home. We used taxis for shopping and excursions, e.g. to Rabat.

Location is a typical Moroccan city neighbourhood, well away from touristy areas, with street traders passing by all day long, a kindergarten on the ground floor and the call to prayer of nearby mosques. It is spacious, with a traditional living room. The large terrace faces NE and gets little sunshine, but I was still able to sit out on it, even in winter. It must be wonderful in hotter months. Crockery was a bit sparse but all the domestic appliances worked fine. Avoid the washing machine's 'very dirty' cycle, which is quite aggressive. The shower was wonderful. Salé Medina is close, a good source of fresh food, and there are plenty of small shops nearby. The butcher just around the corner is excellent. Rabat is easily accessible by tram. Taoufiq didn't always see first messages quickly, but once he knew there was something to deal with, he did it as fast as possible. Downsides: The internet is super slow. It's a bit chilly, especially on colder days, despite the fan heater.

We really enjoyed the stay. The views are absolutely breathtaking. His space was super clean and we felt very comfortable. Everything is close by either by walking or taking a taxi. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a space with an unbeatable ocean view, clean, and welcoming. Thank you for having us!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment in Kenitra! The apartment was incredibly spacious and beautifully maintained, offering more than enough room to relax and feel comfortable. The location was perfect – close to everything you need and in a safe, peaceful area. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, which made arriving stress-free. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions or requests, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care put into making the apartment feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kenitra – and I will definitely be booking again on my next trip!
