House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. I initially booked the place for one night but we liked it so much we had to extend our stay. The place is homey, it’s warm, it’s hippy and the whole marine theme adds a lot more personality to it. It’s fully equipped and is located in a safe secure area. Meryam is such a sweetheart, she made sure we felt at home. Definitely recommend

We spent a night at Zakaria's place for my wife's birthday, we were warmly welcomed by her family. Zakaria is a very nice and smiling person. The house is beautiful, well finished, and impeccably clean. The swimming pool is also very well maintained. No complaints, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and quiet stay!

We were close enough to local attractions, yet the villa felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The nearby beach was just a short drive away, and there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within easy reach. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. In summary, our time at this villa was unforgettable. It provided the perfect blend of relaxation and family fun, and we can’t wait to return for another memorable getaway
