Perfectly located in the centre of the old kasbah fortresse Oudayas, an historic and tourist site dating from the 12th century, and close to the beach and the medina, this charming and comfortable house is lovingly decorated. A new system of heating and aircon has recently been installed in the bedroom. The house has one delightful bedroom with double bed and washroom with shower, a Moroccan style salon with individual sofa and television which can sleep 3 people, a fully equipped kitchen, an open court, and a large, furnished terrace with a view of the Bou Regreg River. A very modern and beautiful place in safe location. Looks better than in photos and has all amenities listed. When small things were lacking, Younes was very helpful. The apartment was warmer during winter than other housing places in Rabat/Morocco where I’ve stayed last 5 weeks, and it’s a large thing to consider given that Morocco doesn’t do general heating during winters. I’ve stayed around a week, but it’s equipped for a longer stay as well with functioning kitchen and washer. Wi Fi was the best one I’ve had in all parts of the apartment which is also not very common, and I had perfect connection for Zoom meetings. Location was perfect for Rabat with all main sights in walking distance, as well as large Carrefour nearby. The largest shopping mall with big cinema is reachable by foot as well. I felt very safe in the area and it was clean and modern. Host is very responsive and kind!

Very nice discovery! We were 2 students in university exchange in Rabat, without knowing the country, and the accommodation was perfect for full integration into the city. Local shops, rather quiet streets, the sea next door ... in short, no problem to report for the location! On the accommodation side, likewise, at the slightest concern our host found solutions and overall, the accommodation was clean, pleasant to live in and well equipped for our long stay. Thank you for everything:)

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment in Kenitra! The apartment was incredibly spacious and beautifully maintained, offering more than enough room to relax and feel comfortable. The location was perfect – close to everything you need and in a safe, peaceful area. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, which made arriving stress-free. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions or requests, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care put into making the apartment feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kenitra – and I will definitely be booking again on my next trip!

Traditional Moroccan home near the Old Town

Location is a typical Moroccan city neighbourhood, well away from touristy areas, with street traders passing by all day long, a kindergarten on the ground floor and the call to prayer of nearby mosques. It is spacious, with a traditional living room. The large terrace faces NE and gets little sunshine, but I was still able to sit out on it, even in winter. It must be wonderful in hotter months. Crockery was a bit sparse but all the domestic appliances worked fine. Avoid the washing machine's 'very dirty' cycle, which is quite aggressive. The shower was wonderful. Salé Medina is close, a good source of fresh food, and there are plenty of small shops nearby. The butcher just around the corner is excellent. Rabat is easily accessible by tram. Taoufiq didn't always see first messages quickly, but once he knew there was something to deal with, he did it as fast as possible. Downsides: The internet is super slow. It's a bit chilly, especially on colder days, despite the fan heater.
