Location is a typical Moroccan city neighbourhood, well away from touristy areas, with street traders passing by all day long, a kindergarten on the ground floor and the call to prayer of nearby mosques. It is spacious, with a traditional living room. The large terrace faces NE and gets little sunshine, but I was still able to sit out on it, even in winter. It must be wonderful in hotter months. Crockery was a bit sparse but all the domestic appliances worked fine. Avoid the washing machine's 'very dirty' cycle, which is quite aggressive. The shower was wonderful. Salé Medina is close, a good source of fresh food, and there are plenty of small shops nearby. The butcher just around the corner is excellent. Rabat is easily accessible by tram. Taoufiq didn't always see first messages quickly, but once he knew there was something to deal with, he did it as fast as possible. Downsides: The internet is super slow. It's a bit chilly, especially on colder days, despite the fan heater.

Das Apartment ist wundervoll eingerichtet und sehr nah zum Strand. Auf der sehr schönen Anlage gibt es mehrere Pools. Das hat den Kindern besonders gut gefallen. Mehdi war ein toller Gastgeber, der immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge z.B. nach Rabat haben wir Taxis genutzt.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment in Kenitra! The apartment was incredibly spacious and beautifully maintained, offering more than enough room to relax and feel comfortable. The location was perfect – close to everything you need and in a safe, peaceful area. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, which made arriving stress-free. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions or requests, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care put into making the apartment feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kenitra – and I will definitely be booking again on my next trip!

Hassan's apartment was just as advertised, its beautiful, across the street from a park, and the sunlight in the morning is extremely satisfying. The bathrooms, linens and kitchen were very clean, more than enough blankets and generally a warm "at home feeling" in a very secure building that has an elevator. Hassan was extremely responsive to requests and questions.

Je suis ravie de ma semaine passée au sein du logement de Maria! Elle a était très réactive pour toutes les questions et demandes. Son père m’a accueilli avec gentillesse, et il en a été de même pour la sortie. Il a été très arrangeant pour l’horaire d’arrivée et celle du départ. Quant au logement il correspond en tout point à la description donnée. Il est calme et proche de divers commerces. Je reviendrai c’est certain! Merci 🙏🏼

Très bel appartement, situé à 05 minutes à pied de là plages des nations. L'appartement se trouve dans un complexe résidentiel très bien gardé avec une belle piscine juste en bas de l'appartement. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par notre hôte et sa famille. Je recommande cet appartement à tous ceux qui veulent le calme et la sécurité

Nous avons passé une week end très calme et reposant, avec l'air de la mer nous avons pu nous emplir d'énergie pour la rentrée. Les enfants ont adoré la grande piscine accessible juste en bas de l'appartement, l'équipement télé et internet. Toute la famille est ravie. A conseiller absolument pour un week-end en famille.

Abdelkrim is zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Reageert zeer snel en geeft veel tips voor leuke plekken om te bezoeken en goede restaurants. Het huis was schoon en ruim genoeg. De bedden zijn perfect! Ik kom zeker terug omdat dit appartement erg centraal ligt en van alles op loopafstand 😀👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 en perfect om te verblijven

La chose la plus importante est le bon traitement et l'interaction rapide et continue. Un appartement propre et très proche de tous les besoins essentiels, avec également un endroit pour garer la voiture. Un suivi de la part de Madame Hayat avant la date d'arrivée et pendant le séjour, avec de l'aide à travers des liens vers les sites touristiques. Merci pour votre excellent service. The most important thing is good treatment and rapid and continuous interaction. A clean apartment, very close to all essential needs, with also a place to park the car. Monitoring by Mrs. Hayat before comming and during the stay, with assistance through links to tourist sites. Thank you for your excellent service.

Simply the best! The place is impeccably clean, safe, secure, and wonderfully peaceful—what more could you ask for? If you're looking to escape the hustle and noise of the city, this is the perfect retreat. It's easy to find and conveniently located near Rabat, Bouznika, and Skhirat, with plenty to explore within a 30-minute drive. The host was incredibly responsive, and we appreciated the thoughtful guidebook provided upon arrival, detailing various activities in the area. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back!

Séjour impeccable. Botaina est très sympa et réactive. Elle répond très rapidement aux diverses questions posées L'appartement à une vue magnifique sur la mer. Il est grand et propre. Le quartier est très, agréable. Rabat est une ville magnifique. Les déplacements se font facilement à pied si vous aimez marcher ( 2 km gare agdal rabat... Pour prendre trains casa, Tanger et autres pour visiter d'autres villes.) Sinon vous pouvez demander aux petits taxis bleus de vous conduire dans le centre ville pour peu. Enfin la ligne 2 du tram se trouve à 15 min à pied et vous conduira au centre direction la médina. Donc tout est Conforme aux dires de Botaina. Je recommande

I had a fantastic stay at Jeanne’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was my second time staying in this apartment, i cannot recommend enough. The location is perfect for rabat, everything you need in walking distance and everywhere else in the city easy to get to with tram links nearby. The apartment has everything you need. The area is super safe and pierre was a great host, easy check in experience and easy to communicate with.
