Architect's family beach house at Dooey, Dogs ok

KatherineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful stay at Denise’s lovely house. Extremely comfortable and cosy, and fantastic views. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to settle in straight away. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of things to do, and Denise supplied some great recommendations — particularly a surf lesson with Surf’s Up on Dooey beach. We hope to be back again!

Edward was very helpful - especially when I left something behind and had to retrieve it. Access Road was a bit bumpy but is short. The views from the property were amazing!

Glamping Rann na Feirste: The Stag

AllisonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was the perfect place for my spouse and I for our quick trip to Donegal. It’s very clear that the two of them put a lot of care into their property. The Glenn that it is situated in feels magical. There are a few glamping pods, nestled together, but you feel very private once you’re inside. The woodfired hot tub is amazing.

Kitty's Cottage

LaurenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The location is excellent, within walking distance to 2 pubs, the Caislean Oir Hotel (good food), Dannie Minnie's (outstanding food), a couple of takeaways (Pizza at Top Pizza is excellent) and a handy grocery store. It is an excellent base to explore Donegal, within plenty of beaches, tourist spots and scenic drives nearby. The cottage itself is well equipped, with a modern new kitchen, washing machine, air fryer, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, glasses etc. The homemade scones, milk, butter and jam was a very welcome treat! Central heating was responsive and hot. TV with Netflix app was great for chilling out in the evenings. The living room sofa is very comfortable. 3 double bedrooms with clean, fresh linens and a generous amount of towels and plenty of wardrobe space. The hairdryer was also a convenient bonus. Off street, private parking. The cottage was set back from the road which meant it was safe and quiet. We would most certainly return :)

The Strand Calhame - A beautiful coastal home

BillieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Absolutely beautiful location, lovely and peaceful and very family friendly. The hosts were very friendly and made us all feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a chilled time away, the hosts will make you feel like family and they have a beautiful set up.
A modern kitchen area features sleek grey cabinetry and a minimalist design. Two delicate plants in white pots are placed on the counter. An under-cabinet shelf displays glassware and tableware, while an induction hob and stainless steel sink are incorporated into the functional workspace.

Sunset Studio

Sheila's studio is a gem. Absolutely beautiful, pristine, and includes everything you would need with lovely little extras thrown in. Sheila is a fantastic host, she gave us clear check-in instructions and checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. I'd happily recommend this studio to anyone. We'll definitely be back!

The Birdhouse. Two Bed holiday House with Hot Tub.

LucyRating, 5 starstoday
We would recommend this place 100% to anyone! To start with, when we booked, Henry and Elizabeth were quick to respond and the communication was always very clear and helpful. They were extremely flexible with check-in times and when we got there, we received an in-depth tour of the property and a very warm welcome with the home-baked goods. Henry and Elizabeth were very kind and gave us some great recommendations, we went down to the beach for some great views and being an hour drive away from Derry, we went and enjoyed some of the sites. They maintained a sense of privacy but also made it clear that had we needed to, we could ask them for help whenever. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave at all. We would love to return one day and would recommend this stay to everyone.

Seoidín House

The photos do not do this house justice. Truly the most magical location I’ve ever stayed in. The house was spacious, comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. Showing Ireland at its best to family from Finland. Even a rainy day was gorgeous.
