The living room, kitchen and bedroom coexist in perfect harmony in the same space. Next to the kitchen there is a mirrored door that gives access to the bathroom obtained in the old tower adjacent to the studio. The walls have been treated while keeping the authentic appearance of the historical space intact.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

My house has recently been renovated. It is located in Valeggio sul Mincio in a quiet and green location. It is a studio apartment for 4 people, independent and with a private parking space. It includes a bathroom with a window, shower, toilet, and bidet. There is a kitchen equipped with an espresso machine, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and small freezer. From the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the hills near Lake Garda.
