Family-friendly vacation rentals in Medellín River

Gracias a todo el equipo de la finca, Daniel el host, muy pendiente de todo. En la finca nos acompañaron Darío y Delia, muy amables y atentos a todo lo que necesitáramos, Delia cocina delicioso, tenía la casa hermosa todo el día. Pasamos unos días increíbles en familia. La finca hermosa, las camas deliciosas, toda la dotación muy buena en general. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Es un apartamento muy bonito, excelente ubicación, bien dotado en todas las áreas y con servicios del condominio como la piscina, turco, sauna, gimnasio, restaurante, etc. Genial!!!

Stayed at a few of Allen’s places. Always a great experience. This one was particularly beautiful. Amazing view. Always responsive. Building Security the best. Hot water reliable, Enoch is always iffy in Colombia. My new go to for return trips.

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

Foi uma experiência fantástica! O apartamento em si é uma verdadeira obra de arte, com vários detalhes únicos que tornam a estadia muito, mas muito especial mesmo! Fiquei duas semanas e não senti falta de nada. O espaço em si é bastante aconchegante, e poder trabalhar em home office em meio a tanta natureza, com passarinhos chegando perto o tempo todo, foi algo incrível. Sem contar que estar em um bairro com fácil acesso a vários lugares de Medellín é algo bastante positivo para aproveitar tudo que a cidade tem a oferecer. Sem dúvida alguma, recomendo demais!

Incredible location surrounded by restaurants and nightlife, and LESS than a minute walk from Park Poblado! Music can play till the sunrise from the surrounding bars, but it didn't disturb us since we wanted to be in a lively location! Sparkling clean and elegant feel. The apartment smelled like a luxury hotel; the bathroom amenities provided were very high quality; plenty of dishes, mugs, coffee, utensils, and cookware; and a free washer/dryer and laundry detergent! Very safe and secure with a keypad at the front gate of the building and another keypad to enter the apartment. We were also pleasantly surprised to find 2 full bathrooms (we thought it was only 1!). The only downside is I find it a little pricy for Colombia, especially with no pool/gym, etc. But I think the price is justified by the location. Luckily I was with 2 other people to split the cost 3 ways! Checkin/checkout times were not flexible, but thankfully we could leave our luggage inside while they were cleaning!

El apartamento se encuentra en lugar muy bonito con el cafetería en el primero piso para las compras que necesitas como viajero. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares 5minutos caminando. La habitación estuvo muy bonita y limpia, tenía las cosas que necesitaba para cocinar para trabajar también. Me gustó que el dueño siempre estaba atento de cualquier duda que tenía en mi estancia. Muchas gracias por recibirme en mi su lugar!!

La ubicación ofrece vistas espectaculares mientras mantiene una perfecta tranquilidad. El espacio estaba cuidadosamente equipado con todo lo que necesitábamos para una estancia confortable, haciéndolo sentir como un hogar lejos de casa. Estar cerca del pueblo fue una gran ventaja, ya que podíamos conseguir fácilmente cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La atmósfera tranquila combinada con la comodidad hizo que esta estancia fuera particularmente especial. Muy recomendable y don Jorge atento a cualquier inquietud.

maravilhoso studio. tudo muito limpo, organizado e agradável. local tranquilo, seguro e muito bem localizado. fogão, microondas, geladeira, ventilador, tudo ótimo. as Roupas de cama e banho muito confortáveis. a Ana (anfitriã) foi muito gentil.

Me sentí muy seguro, tenía música natural en la madrugada con los pajaritos en la ventana. El lugar es tranquilo y Doña Marta es un amor, me hizo llorar al despedirnos, muy responsable y se familiariza rápido. Volvería sin dudar. Gracias D. Marta.

Housy’s place made me feel at home and the security staff made me feel like family. The view was great and I'm happy I chose this place. They were helpful and attentive and I will book with them again. Amazing overall!

La finca es tal como se muestra en las fotos, la carretera de acceso es buena, tiene piscina, billar y rana. Nos gustó mucho el hecho de que fuese como por casitas separadas, pues mi familia es bastante extensa y cada subfamilia pudo tener su propio espacio. Alejandro y su mamá, la señora Doris son amables y abiertos a escucharte. Sería bueno compartir un poco más los detalles para la llegada a la finca, como la ubicación exacta, de resto todo estuvo a la perfección.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 stars. Clean. First class. Looks like the pictures. Plenty of extra linens. Confortable bed. Full amenities in the bathroom Outstanding buiding security. Identification required for all who enter. Excelllent restaurant on 4th floor right next to the pool. Gym is adequate and functional. Pool is open until 10pm. This may be the best Airbnb stay that I have ever had.
