An incredible terrace with an ocean view, direct access to a private beach, an elevator, eighth floor, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, covered parking for one car, an electric gate, and 24-hour surveillance. Fully equipped, furnished. A few steps from the beach and in a very nice and residential area, outside the tourist and public area. A car is essential. Pets, events, and outside visitors are strictly forbidden.

Everything was excellent, we felt right at home, the pool is beautiful, there are few houses which makes the environment better, because the pool is never full, the house has everything you need to spend super nice days with family or friends, the hosts are always super attentive to everything.

From the start of the reservation, the service was excellent. The stay is in excellent condition. It even includes products that we can purchase so as not to have to leave the house and be able to enjoy the place. The pool is a good size and heated, it also has umbrellas that provide shade from the sun so you can be in it for a long time. The place is clean and has 1 room with 1 king-size bed and a private bathroom; another room with a bunk bed with a double and single bed; the third room has a double bed and the last two share a full bathroom. All bedrooms, living room, and kitchen are air-conditioned. The kitchen has appliances and dishes that make it easy for us to prepare food; the refrigerator is spacious. For fun, all the rooms have TVs with Roku. In the living room, in addition to the TV, there is an Xbox and board games for family fun. We would definitely stay again. Thank you very much for everything!

The accommodation is the same as the photos, it has everything and everything works , the area is quiet and the guards are very friendly , the temperature of the pool is incredible even if the day is cloudy, as two blocks away there is a tent and the Boulevard de la playa is not far away . In my stay I had a small inconvenience with the hot water but the hosts were very kind to offer a solution , I will definitely stay here again☺️
