Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

The apartment is located in the village of Curaglia, near Disentis. It is located on the 1st floor, accessible via an internal staircase. The living room is modernly decorated and has a dining area with a fireplace as well as two comfortable sofas and a TV with international TV channels. The apartment has its own washing machine, so it is possible to wash yourself at any time. In the building there is another apartment on the first floor, which is rented on a long-term basis.

Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

The compact 3.5-room apartment is located in a quiet residential area. It is a 5-minute walk to the center of Altdorf. The new cantonal train station can be reached on foot in seven minutes and Lucerne or Andermatt can each be reached in 30 minutes by car. The nearest highway entrance can be reached in six minutes by car. Free parking is available directly at the building.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
