Vacation rentals with a kayak in Mecosta County

We stay in airbnbs often. This was by far the best in all categories we have ever been. Response time was amazing, all amenities present and little to no thought was needed by us for what we needed. Everything from toilet paper, paper towels, coffee etc was present. We enjoyed every moment and created many precious memories with our family. It is obvious a lot of thought went into this space and even with little kids things were perfect! We felt safe and had plenty of space for the amount of people present. So welcoming and clean.

Experience was just what we needed. Quiet, peaceful, clean, and an overall great escape from day to day city life.

A wonderful place to relax and spend time with family. Lots of room to spread out. Very Clean! Kitchen was well stocked. Kitchen table is huge and great for a large group! Beds very comfortable. Beautiful view of the water. Spent a lot of time on the decks and out by the water. Kayak and Paddle boarding was so much fun. Can’t wait to come back! Crystal was very responsive and informative. A pleasure to work with.

We held a small group family retreat here with several new little ones in tow, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was incredibly accommodating for children and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. Troy was quick to respond to any questions we had and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway!

Andrew’s cottage was an amazing stay for a group of friends looking to getaway for a weekend. There were lots of amenities and the area was absolutely incredible. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this cottage and about Andrew as a host. Thank you for the memories!

We had the best stay ever!! Slept great! Brilliantly located! Enormously spacious! Pool table in the basement. Plenty of windows and sunlight. Deer. Golf course. Peace. Stocked kitchen and coffee machine. What more could you want? Already looking forward to next year!!

Our family had a great time staying at Floyds property for our family Christmas. Floyd had the house set up with Christmas decorations and music playing upon our arrival. He ensured we had enough seating at the dining room table and the supplies we needed for our group as we had discussed those things prior. Floyd was very responsive and helpful through the whole process and we would be more then happy to return to this property for another vacation. Grey, the cat, was a great addition to our stay and my teen daughter loved having her company through our stay.

Melissa was super responsive. This home was the perfect place for our active family and bc it had very few stairs we were able to bring my 87 y.o. Mom along for the trip! We rented their boat, borrowed golf clubs, golf cart, volleyball, marshmallow sticks etc. They had everything! Even an outdoor shower - so fun!

Amy and Kevin’s place is a perfect place for all groups of people whether you are a family or a couple, this quiet and peaceful cottage is an excellent and idyllic getaway for all.

The place was very nice and offered ways to take advantage of being on the river.

This is our 3rd year staying at Alan’s lakeside cottage and yet again the best place to stay in Canadian Lakes! Beautiful views, clean, cozy and comfortable home. Love that it’s dog friendly and our pups love the beach and lake! We love the new bathroom remodels! Highly recommend.

Great family getaway! Clean, accurately described, plenty of space indoors and out. Amenities were more than adequate.

Stayed at the cottage for 2 months in the middle of winter. Was very comfortable and got to meet my host when she came to drop off extra supplies and TV’s. We are a group of 3 disabled Vets and 2 emotional support animals moving across the country and Missy made us feel welcome and at home. She had great communication pre-booking too when I checked to ensure her place met our needs. Beautiful views of the lake from the kitchen. Spent time watching the locals ice fishing. Friendly but not intrusive neighbors too. Ran into some while taking out the trash. We had a great stay and would definitely book this cottage again.

Terra place was nice with a nice lake. I enjoyec the peace and the lake. she had kayas and a paddle boat the kids really enjoyed the lake.

Beautiful place and right off the river! A little early for the dock to be in the water but that's ok! Only 15 minutes to Big Rapids where there are lots of restaurants. Very nice and not nosey neighbors. Neighbors all have dogs but they were all friendly so that wasn't a worry. Very nicely remodeled cottage, will stay again in the summer!!

Great location on the water! Not too far from town! Really great cottage! Kayaking to watch the sunset on the lake was beautiful!

Amazing stay! The cabin was so cute and right on the edge of the lake, the view was amazing! I loved how fully stocked the cabin was with all essentials! I’d definitely comeback with my family and friends next time.

The cottage was fitting for our two families. There was ample sleeping arrangements for everyone. We had fun with the games provided.

The host and company was absolutely wonderful. Very thoughtful, kind, and easy to work with. They were very accommodating as well!

Cozy stay with lots of amenities! Peaceful and private. Felt right at home. Kids enjoyed the pool at the club nearby which was about a 10min drive. Host was very responsive and accommodating!
