Jonathan is a great host, respond to my questions on a timely manner. The place is the cleanest and very homey. Will definitely recommend.

Andrew’s cottage was an amazing stay for a group of friends looking to getaway for a weekend. There were lots of amenities and the area was absolutely incredible. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this cottage and about Andrew as a host. Thank you for the memories!

Cheryl’s home was great for our family with young grandchildren. The sand provided hours of building and pretending fun. The sandy beach and shallow water depth was perfect for all the children from 2-8. They really loved jumping off the dock. The kayaks and paddle boats gave us time on the water. The large level grassy backyard was excellent for softball and tag. The bunk room was great for the grandkids to sleep together, leaving 4 bedrooms for adults. There was a pack n Play and a high chair for the youngest. There were many toys and games to play. The house hade cute decore with special touches to welcome us everywhere. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. The leather sectional was cozy for all of us. We also loved the fire pit for s’mores in the evening. We would like to have had more beach seating. The last two plastic Adirondack chairs were fatally cracked. I’m sure those are on Cheryl’s list to replace soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us Cheryl.

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday as our family lives right across the street. The property could not have been more accommodating with location and was supplied with everything we needed. The host Kristi was great to work with!! We would definitely recommend and we will certainly be staying again in the future.

Melissa was super responsive. This home was the perfect place for our active family and bc it had very few stairs we were able to bring my 87 y.o. Mom along for the trip! We rented their boat, borrowed golf clubs, golf cart, volleyball, marshmallow sticks etc. They had everything! Even an outdoor shower - so fun!

We had a wonderful peaceful stay. The location was great and having a private beach area was amazing. The lack was a bit mucky right by the dock. We took advantage of the amenities the resort offered.

This place was amazing- the online pictures were an accurate depiction of the space. So clean, new, and upscale! Zachary was super great with communication. We felt so welcomed and comfortable!

It is a beautiful air b and b and the view is gorgeous! It fit 12 of us perfectly and we had such a great time celebrating a friend. Zachary is a great host! I highly recommend staying here:).

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb rather than a hotel in Big Rapids when visiting our daughters, and it was a wonderful experience! Joshua’s home is beautiful with a spacious living room and kitchen for kicking back and relaxing. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay immensely! We will definitely stay here again when we come to Big Rapids!

We have brought in the new year as a family for a number of years at different locations throughout Michigan. This home was rated as the #1 stay so far. Literally, every detail was covered and well thought out. We could not have asked for anything different. The owners were very gracious, accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this home. We had young adults and toddlers and everyone had a fantastic time. The kitchen was beautiful and ideal for cooking for a large group. The outdoor views over the river were beautiful. Plenty of room to enjoy the wildlife, bonfires and outdoor grilling or just fishing from the rivers edge.

Great experience. A lot of deer, squirrels, and nature to take in. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility. Great responses to any questions. Would love to visit again.

We absolutely loved staying at Canadian Lakes cottage. It was beautiful, practical; full of everything we needed. We never went w/o. The surroundings were so beautiful and full of so much to do. Whether you need to relax or be all in for water activities, this is your place. We absolutely appreciate the host of the cottage and their home. We are grateful.

We loved our stay at this location. This was our second stay, would recommend this place to anyone.

The place met all our needs and was very clean for our arrival. Well stocked for a weekend stay. The only things I’d say is the master shower head is a bit wonky, there are light bulbs out throughout the space and a few rolls of paper towels would be nice. Nearest stores are a decent hike and if you forgot something, you are SOL. Otherwise, my friends and I enjoyed the place for R&R after golf and would certainly stay again.
