Paul was so quick to respond to any questions I had. He was also very friendly and helpful. Heavens Gate, WOW, the name says it all. The cabin is so beautiful and very well decorated. When you first walk in, you're on the second floor. There's large sliding doors that lead outside to the deck that has the most amazing views of the lake. It is truly breathtaking! They have a very well equipped kitchen. It has a regular pot & a K-cup maker which came in handy. There are games, tv, great wifi and an awesome hot tub! The hot tub was hot and clean. We quickly unpacked, made a mimosa and jumped right in. That view, also amazing! The Wifi worked outside to play tunes while we soaked in the tub & amazing views. The road was scary for this FL girl, but you do get use to it. Also deer walked around the house and we saw an eagle. The beds were super cozy and there were plenty of dressers to unpack. The master shower was so nice. I can go on and on... just book it, you will not regret it!

Amazing Cabin community right off the Blue Ridge. Super clean and tidy inside, with plenty of towels and space inside the cabin. The community space such as the fire pit looked very nice. Host is very accommodating and helpful.

We loved your beautiful cabin! Sitting in the front porch with the view of the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. We had everything we needed. Great getaway weekend!!

I spent 3 nights on this property , the pricing was fair for the view and the amenities. Absolutely beautiful scenery, I hate that I didn’t get to get in the lake because of the weather , but so happy they had private hot tub on the property. The hot tub itself will leave you feeling stress free lol. The house was spotless and decor was beautiful very homie. I was suppose to have 5 guest but ended up just being 3 and feel like that’s the perfect amount of guest for this house. Love it , and highly recommend if you just wanna get away and enjoy some nature.

The house is such a gem!! It was perfect for our family of 9 for Thanksgiving. We could have never left the house our entire trip because the main level is so cozy and comfortable. There is plenty of games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. My son loved the little nook area with the bean bag. There is plenty of space to spread out with the 3 different living room areas. If you want a good workout - go for a walk! The house is at a higher elevation in the neighborhood, so you will have to walk down and back up. We hiked to Laurel Falls - that was another workout! Be prepared to drive a little ways to the grocery store. We brought most of our groceries but needed a few things and the next town is 25-30 minutes away. (Of course, there is always Dollar General that is closer!) Not many places to eat out. The first night we went to the Trading Post and the food was good and the people were so friendly, we stopped back in on our way out to say goodbye!

We had a lovely stayed. When we first saw it we thought it was a cute place. Host had everything we need in the house. She was always responsive when I had questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is at least my 20th Airbnb and by far the nicest! Everything was so well thought out, so well appointed, just perfect. From blankets out at gas fire pit, to pillows and blanket greeting you on front porch swing, to high, high end bedroom luxuries, individual toiletry packets for each day, mini waters and Sunny Ds in fridge, a snack chip bag basket, granola bars and oatmeal packets, heck Brenda even has pancake mix in a jar with syrup! Your outdoor space is awesome, private hot tub patio with comfy seating and lights, another grilling and dining area, and the aforementioned GAS fire pit area with Adirondack seating, cornhole and horseshoes! This IS a tiny house (or two if you rent both) but it's huge on space, flow and comfort. We cannot wait to book both units and have our girls and their husbands join us for hiking, playing, grilling and games. while we plot how to manifest this business plan in our own futures. Absolutely stellar.

I don’t think any amount of time would’ve felt long enough staying at Anthony’s place. We felt right at home during our stay and absolutely loved the house and area. We loved how we could spend time together but also weren’t right on top of each other since there’s plenty of space in the three level home. I have two teenagers (16&17) who had their own bedrooms/bathrooms and us adults were able to have our own privacy on the lower level of the home. The kitchen had everything we wanted and needed and has a perfect layout for family meals. The porch was our favorite place, especially in the mornings. Being able to hear the creek while reading and having our morning coffee on the porch swing bed was so relaxing! My oldest son loved fishing the creek and exploring the woods. The grill was clean and worked perfectly. There were sticks for roasting marshmallows which was fantastic! There was firewood available (even though we came prepared with our own). It was a perfect trip for my family!

The cabin was such a great place to spend our Anniversary. Enjoyed morning coffee on the upperdeck each day & evening time enjoying burgers on the grill on the large covered porch with great views and so peaceful. Cabin was spot on to the listing. Five minutes from downtown West Jefferson with so many stores to shop. From the cheese factory to The Honey Hole. We enjoyed the daily visit from a squirrel that kept coming back for the birdseed on the porch. There were also lots of Deer & a family of turkeys. One downfall, the Rokie TV was a bit confusing to use. This cabin was well worth the 8 hour trip!! So sad we had to leave that awesome view. Thanks Jerrita for allowing us to rent cabin time.
