HOST/ CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Instructions were clear. Rosanna gave us a little extra time to set up for a birthday party, and even left a gift for my 80-year-old mom with a card. The host is the sweetest! LOCATION: In the Baylor Bubble and walkable to campus. Keep in mind that you are somewhat on the unofficial Greek row here… so one night was pretty loud because we came for Sing and the kids were having fun (happy sounds, nothing crazy). The second night was totally quiet. If you are a light sleeper, just be aware. However, 11th St. is such a fun street with a lot of life, and it’s very safe. Easy to get everywhere from here. THE HOME: Upstairs unit. We loved having 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The living room couch is so comfortable! Everything is VERY clean, but the carpet needs an update. Could also use more fresh “extras” in the kitchen & laundry. We had to buy detergent, hangers (only 3 there), and spices. OVERALL: We enjoyed our time and will be back! Rosanna is a great host!

Eric is super nice, easy to deal with. Just a normal guy not some company just making money and not caring about guests. Would recommend and definitely going to look for Eric’s places for rent around the area when I’m here. 10/10

This was a lovely apartment with tons to do in the area. Miller had listed recommendations in the apartment as well which was very nice. The place was clean, exactly what we needed, and close to everything we wanted to do.

Great place to stay. The place was very clean and spacious. My family and I had a great time. Went for daughter’s college graduation. Great location. Good access to freeway close to downtown and university. Would stay again. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a week while working on a project in Waco, and it was perfect. The place was cute, peaceful, and spotless—just what we needed after long workdays. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hope it's always available whenever we travel to Waco!

In Waco for a marathon with several family members meeting there. This was a perfect family gathering place. Felt like home, kid friendly, sleeping arrangements to meet all our needs. Every amenity listed was furnished plus! Not a single need to have to run to the store for. Very clean! Easy to follow instructions for the check- and check-out. No problems at all. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to stay again.

Had a very last minute accommodation and it was accepted! Stayed with no issues and it was a great nights sleep after a long haul of driving. I usually sleep in my van but I needed a break and it was very well worth it

Beautiful home in all areas. From construction, decorations and details. Bathroom wallpaper was an eye catcher. My son being a Baylor graduate, the Sic ‘em green cabinet color was awesome.

Wow! We were all blown away by our stay here! The uptown cottage is incredibly quaint and located just minutes from magnolia market. The inspiration from magnolia really carries through the entire place. The homemade labels for bottles and dispensers, the accent pillows, throws, the faux greenery… loved all the details! The beds were comfy, my kids loved the triple bunk. The dining table seated us all comfortably so we could enjoy dinners at home and board games in the evenings. The washer and dryer are new and spacious and we loved having 2 bathrooms to use. A wonderful stay while we visited Waco, thank you!!

We were in town visiting my son before his deployment overseas. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we needed. Coffee pods being available was a nice touch, too. The location is great, with several restaurants within walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Brazos Bear! I stayed there with my husband, my two kids, and my mother, and it was very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The place was gorgeous and very well decorated, and more importantly, all of the furniture was cozy and comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and towels provided, and lots of extra amenities - coffee, creamer, all bath products, etc. We didn't cook while we were there, but the kitchen looked well stocked. The location was right in downtown Waco and very convenient to the Silos, Dr. Pepper Museum, the suspension bridge, and the river. We walked everywhere. Fabled bookstore is right downstairs and so wonderful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They provided detailed check in and check out information, as well as a local guide recommending activities and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Waco.

The character of this loft was so fun! We loved being so close to all the downtown things! The host gave great instructions as to finding the condo, where to park, etc. We appreciated their timely responses & communication. Would definitely recommend!

We had been in the Dallas area for a family wedding so we were pretty tired when we got to Waco. We were so delighted to walk into Chris’s place and find it so welcoming and adorably decorated. All the furniture and the beds were so comfortable. Everything we needed was there! We would certainly return!

This is a great place to stay in Waco! It’s right next to the Dr Pepper museum and there’s lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment has beautiful furnishings and the beds were very comfy. And, most importantly, the AC worked really well and even the upstairs area was plenty cool! Thanks so much for making our stay easy and comfortable!! 😸

We loved our stay. It's a five minute walk to Magnolia, super close to restaurants and a cute bookstore, and peaceful at night. Our last night there, we sat in their camp chairs on the deck (it's small) and ate dinner, talking until midnight. We did have an unexpected, tiny issue and the host quickly responded. Problem solved. We'd go back tomorrow if we could.

Jan was so easy to get ahold of and she goes above and beyond to guide you in off of the interstate making it a stress free drive. The home was clean and cozy and smelled amazing. She reached out and predicted any question that could have arose and provided answers before you thought of the questions. Had a lovely time and would recommend it to anyone. Just a wonderful stay!

I have to say....this was a FABULOUS loft. The owner was unbelievably communicative and helpful. Gem of a man. The LOFT was above and beyond gorgeous! Peaceful, contemporary and inviting. As a Baylor parent, I look forward to making this gorgeous place my home away from home! Perfect Waco place to stay. Perfect. ~ Traci Godfrey
