The Lazy River cabin was a perfect little getaway for my daughter and I. Pros: It was spotless, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, kayaking was fun, fire pit was great, everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect- secluded, but still very close to Waco and all it has to offer. Cons: No smart TV and the dish didn’t work, the ladder to get upstairs would be difficult for older people and impossible for someone with physical limitations.

Tracy was super communicative, offering wonderful recommendations and very quick to respond. You can see special touches all around the home. The location was in the middle of everything, within walking distance to many of the popular spots in Waco. The home was very clean and well furnished. One thing to mention is that the house backs into the Backyard Bar so it's a perfect spot if you are there to enjoy a concert. It's literally around the corner so an easy walk. But if you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the place for you (although she does provide sound machines in every room).

Friends and I attended a church conference for the weekend so booked Jessie’s place as it seemed big and central. We ended up loving it! The location is perfect for Waco and walking distance from a good coffee shop. The house itself was clean and beautiful - we wish we had more time to spend there. Jessie had clear communication and was there if we needed anything. We definitely recommend booking this place!

Erin's property was very nice and pleasant. It provided all that we needed. Erin's communication was high level and friendly. Property was located not far from the points of interests we wanted to tour in Waco. Only thing wrong...our stay was too short! Thank you Erin for being a good hostess. bj

We came for a quick weekend trip, attended a concert at the Backyard (great venue) hit all the boutiques and farmer’s market on Saturday that was just a few blocks from the house. Plenty of room for 4 of us with everything we could possibly need. Loved the house, linens, and the decor. Highly recommend.

Some girlfriends and I (plus a baby) stayed here for one night. There was plenty of space for all of us (including a closet big enough for the pack-n-play), and the furnishings were comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed the peacefulness of being outside town, and convenience to Homestead Heritage and Cafe Homestead. Not a long drive to downtown Waco, either!
