Ryan and Georgia are excellent hosts. The Garden Cottage was just as described. We really enjoyed our time there. If we had any questions they were always quick to respond. The Garden outside is peaceful and beautiful. A great place to relax. The Cottage is amazing, the bed was very comfy and great for a good night's rest, very clean, and had all listed amenities. We can't say enough good things, it is a definite 10. We will definitely plan to stay the next time we are in McKinney. It is close enough to historic downtown to walk and enjoy the restaurants and nightlife. Thank you so much for hosting us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Allen Airbnb for a month, and it was a delightful experience. The location is absolutely prime—adjacent to Topgolf and directly opposite Allen outlets, offering the perfect blend of entertainment and shopping convenience. The property is pristine, with modern amenities and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The host was incredibly hospitable and ensured everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

The space was so homey and comfortable! I really enjoyed the nice TV and comfy sofa. Although I did not use the washer/dryer, they were cleverly tucked away. The bathroom was spacious and squeaky clean with good lighting. I ate out and did not use the full kitchen but it had everything you would need to stay in and prepare a meal including a well appointed social space with a large dining set. The location was ideal for my needs and getting into Dallas was quick and convenient. Lots of restaurants in easy reach. I will be back again for sure!

The cottage was the perfect stay for us! It’s a good size for two, well stocked, and in a great location. Shauna was an excellent and responsive host who addressed any questions we had very quickly. Great location with proximity to restaurants, shops, and easy access to other North Dallas cities. We would definitely stay here again!
