Wonderful home, beautiful view, fabulous hosts, peaceful surroundings….running out of adjectives!!! I highly recommend this gorgeous vacation home! My family and I spent our Christmas vacation here and had a blast…the hosts had decorated the lodge with Christmas lights, a decorated tree, and lots of Christmas spirit throughout the house. Everything was perfect! Again, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Appreciated the extreme cleanliness of the house! The back porch is fantastic to enjoy in the mornings/evenings to just talk/enjoy. There is a full bar on the back porch that we did not use but would be fun for a larger family/friends!

A hot tub is situated on the spacious back porch, with jets visibly bubbling in the clear water. The view beyond features a sandy beach and a shimmering lake at sunset, with warm hues reflecting off the water.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kathy’s place. We loved relaxing in the hot tub looking out at the lake. This peaceful getaway was exactly what we were hoping for. I highly recommend staying here and checking out the nearby state park, local restaurants (Mama Tig’s Pizza and June’s were great!) and enjoying lake life!

Mike was wonderful helping us find the location. GPS is off, google maps thinks there is a through street where there is not. I would suggest routing to porums landing fire department (we came from stigler/whitefield) and then routing from there it was easy peasy. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. I would definitely come back to mikes place.

We have friends in another state (we had a group of 6 adults) and Lake Eufala is right in the middle. it rained all weekend, but we enjoyed the big porch, played games around the dinner table, listened to music on the porch speakers, and never felt cramped or crowded. The Porch House had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

Robert was an amazing host with an amazing home! It was very thoughtfully laid out, clean, tidy and well stocked with everything we needed. Robert was responsive and accommodating and made sure our family was safe and comfortable. The kids loved all the fun signs, space to play in the yard and being able to walk to our family’s house for Thanksgiving.

Our family has rented this place for the past 2 thanksgivings and it’s been perfect! The kitchen is big enough for at least least 3 people to be prepping and the table is great for a big meal. Views from the balconies upstairs are great! Can’t recommend this place more for a holiday for the whole family.

The cottage was very well stocked with necessary items; hair dryer, bath wash, plenty of towels, hand soap at all the sinks, extra blankets (nice and fluffy soft), paper towels, dishes, even some goodies on the table for snacking. Plenty of room. Timothy was prompt in getting back to me when I texted and he made me feel like I could contact him any time. Will definately consider renting again on our next trip to McAlester. Thanks Timothy.

One of the cleanest and homiest air b&bs we have stayed at. Decorated beautifully, pristine bathroom, and the thoughtful touches made our stay even better. Amazing baked goods from a local bakery (that we also made another stop at because it was that good), a thank you card, coffee, waffles, bottled water. It was all so appreciated. My kiddo loved the game closet and the extra blankets made for great snuggles. The large back yard with the solar lights was also a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again!

Both Megan and Scott were great host. Always responsive to questions and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The house was fabulous and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. We had a big storm come through but with the safe room and generator - it’s was no problem. We appreciate having a place like this to feel at home while visiting my son in college. Cute little garage apartment. Very responsive when I messaged. Was very pleased with everything- well except weather but that wasn’t their fault.

This was a beautiful vacation that was fun to walk around and explore. The meeting place was fun to grab a coffee and the pizza place across the street was very tasty. Loved that the pools and tennis courts were all within walking distance. We love to cook and so not having tons of restaurants nearby was perfectly okay with us. If you do plan on cooking make sure you bring everything you want to make so you don’t have to run back into town for something. You will love the throwback to a more peaceful time and you will enjoy connecting with your family. This unit provide lots of quality space to do activities together or outside on the deck. We loved eating outside, reading , and playing games. It was so nice to have four bedrooms. Can’t wait to come back. Some of the locals said they have a fun Christmas event and that the Fourth of July is just the best!!

Andrew’s place was very well decorated and styled. He was very responsive to any questions we had. It was our first time to Carlton Landing and it was all that we had hoped it would be, and Andrew’s place had a lot to do with it! We will definitely be back!

This place was absolutely stunning. The bedding was extremely comfortable. The host was very flexible which we needed with our newborn babygirl. The home was cozy and very accommodating. The shower was amazing. One of the co-host came by to make sure everything was okay and she was very very friendly and polite.
