Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Simona was very helpful and kind. She helped with any questions that we had around the area and made sure that we knew the best places to go. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and right beside the beach. Everything was neat and clean, kitchen and bathroom had everything that was needed. Some local snacks were placed in the kitchen for us to try which added a homey feel to the area. Overall I would definitely go back and can’t recommend the place enough, very very friendly host and a lovely community to be surrounded by.

Our stay at Vania's was great from start to finish. We were able to check in earlier and were greeted and shown around by her. Vania is very nice and helpful, we immediately took her to our hearts. The apartment was large and you had a lot of space. The small veranda with table is great for eating. Everything was clean and nicely prepared - everything was fine. By car, the location is not an issue (you are in less than 10 minutes on the beach, at a huge supermarket and in Cecina). We would (and hopefully will) come back immediately!

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

Beautiful village with welcoming people, my husband & I enjoyed the few days we had there. They had amazing wine & good food, will definitely recommend.

The accommodation was perfect - we had a calm, quiet apartment to rest and hang out by the pool or on the terrace. From there we made trips to different beaches and cities, which was convenient. Alessandra was so kind to us, gave us recommendations and helped with local tips

We really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing views out to sea, rural location in bucolic Tuscan countryside. Dilvo was a very friendly host. The accommodation is very clean and functional, but the best part is sat having a beer looking out to Corsica and having a bbq in the beautiful garden.

We had a short but great stay. Very helpful and friendly hosts with lots of recommendations prior to arriving. Beautiful, comfortable and very clean home. Lots of extra touches like, slippers, eye mask, toiletries, little treats, drinks and a map. Only 5 mins from airport on the Pismover to pisa Centrale station which and then less than 5 min walk to apartment. Clear easy instructions provided by host. Ideally located to explore Pisa which is all walkable. Station very convenient for day trips, we went to Cinque Terre and Florence which are both about an hour on the train but lots of other areas to explore. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!

I spent a week in Maria's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment matches the description, it is spacious and well divided. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need, even detergent was available. The location is fantastic if you are looking for a quiet environment. There is a small terrace as well as a large sun terrace with dining table, umbrella and sun loungers. The view is beautiful from both terraces (of the sea and the village). There is also another cozy seating area outside. The medieval village is a few minutes' walk away, where there are groceries and several restaurants/bars. Maria welcomed me with open arms, she is very warm and attentive and also really interested in her guests and their well-being. My stay could not have been better and I can fully recommend Maria's apartment and would rent it again.

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

It was an all-around great experience in a beautiful place surrounded by the nature of Tuscany. The contact in advance of the trip was straightforward and there was an accurate description of the arrival. Marcella welcomed us very well on site and told us a lot about the accommodation and possibilities of leisure activities in the area. Good restaurant tips were also included. The apartment is very nice and simply furnished and is complemented by its own small terrace where you can sit in the sun in the morning. We would love to come back anytime and highly recommend this Airbnb! :)

Absolutely fantastic, this was the most beautiful apartment we have ever stayed in. Beautiful furniture, clean bathroom, cool on hot days (has air conditioning), has a private hot tub on the private terrace with stunning views over the Tuscan countryside. Private parking in the middle of the yard. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. Grazie Veronica!

We loved the accommodation, the beautiful town of Peccioli (!!!) and the great Tuscan surroundings! The accommodation is great and nothing is missing... the beds are cozy, the decor is very nice and in the beautiful grotto we relaxed after eventful days. The location of the accommodation is great... Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca... all easily accessible within an hour by car! ...and we only met Alessandra briefly on arrival, but that was very nice and everything uncomplicated! Definitely full five stars and a clear recommendation!!! This is Tuscany 👍

Very nice accommodation, beautiful complex with large garden/pool and great location for activities nearby by car (including San Gimignano, Florence, Siena) as well as good accessibility to restaurants in the area (e.g. in San Gimignano). The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the essentials for a few days' stay (including kitchen, bathroom). We can recommend the place without further ado. The only point: if you have booked the apartment in the host's house, you must be able to accept the noise of the house (even in the middle of the night).
