Vacation rentals with beach access in Mazzaforno

This was our second stay at Alessandra’s Casa sul di Mare. We have only done the same AirBnB at this special place since traveling. It is the best location for the view and allows our daughter to play all day on the beach while we can see her right from the room. It has the best restaurants within a block and entertainment. It is historical and makes you feel like you transported back in time. Alessandra is a beautiful host and had the best recommendations for Cefalu. She was very helpful when our daughter was not well and offered to arrange for her to see a doctor. Only in Sicilia do you have such compassion and welcoming hosts like Alessandra. Grazie mille ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Die Zeit bei Stefania war wunderbar. In Mondello hat uns alles erwartet, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Das Wetter war toll und wir konnten baden, sehr gut essen und auch wandern und Sightseeing war möglich. Palermo ist mit dem Bus unkompliziert und sehr regelmäßig zu erreichen. Nach gut drei Stunden Fahrt waren wir am Etna. Eine rundum gelungene Woche.

The stay was fantastic! The apartment is great and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The hosts are very very nice and helpful. I can recommend this Airbnb to everyone and would come back anytime.

Perfecte locatie om Cefalu en omgeving te verkennen. Gelegen aan het water op de rand van het oude gedeelte. Terras boven het strand waar je de zonsondergang kan bekijken. Wandelen in Le Madonie is een aanrader. In het verblijf is er alles wat je nodig hebt.

This was easily my favorite AirBNB stay ever!! The host made and sent a lovely online book of places to visit, things to do, restaurants to try, etc! The place was super clean and felt very safe!

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Wir waren im Juli 2024 in Mondello und hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Strände und das türkisblaue Meer waren atemberaubend schön. Die Ferienwohnung unserer Gastgeberin Gabriella war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse spendet tagsüber Schatten und lädt abends zu einem Glas Wein ein – einfach wunderschön. Gabriella ist eine herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeberin, die immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war, als uns mitten in der Nacht die Haustür zugefallen ist und der Schlüssel von innen steckte. Wir riefen Gabriella an, und ihr Ehemann kam sofort, um uns zu helfen. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Auch bei Fragen und mit nützlichen Tipps war Gabriella immer zur Stelle. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt – besser geht es nicht. Vielen Dank, Gabriella, für diesen unvergesslichen, schönen Urlaub! Grazie mille ♡♡♡

An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Claudio’s place. Beautiful apartment. Close to everything. Claudio was very friendly and helpful. Drove our heavy luggage to the train station for us. Would definitely come back again! Really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay at Tusa Bay. The location is amazing - two minutes to swim in the sea. The apartment is clean, modern, well equipped and quiet. Great apartment in a great location. I definitely recommend it.

Antonio's apartment in Cefalu is great - perfect, central location - easy to access and Antonio helps out with questions right away. The apartment is in a centuries old building right on the square overlooking the oldest Cathedral in Sicily. The apartment is updated, clean and comfortable - Antonio has thought of every detail to make your stay easy - two full clean bathrooms, kitchen is stocked with everything you need, beds are comfortable. Cefalu is a beautiful, relaxing sea side town - good restaurants and shops - the hike to La Rocca was an adventure. Loved our stay with Antonio.

For a small town there is lots of life! it was nice to see the park used by you and old. Great location away from the city but close enough for exploring. A well proportioned space with the expected services. A sun trap in the morning. Host was always on hand.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Sie ist super zentral gelegen und nah am Strand. Federico war ein unglaublich netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns viele gute Tipps gegeben hat und super zu erreichen war. Wie kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful flat. It is better than the photos. The roof terrace is absolutely amazing. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated - we could have stayed a month! Cefalu is gorgeous - there are tourists of course but it feels like a place Italians are also living - not like being in a place just for tourists. The location of the flat could not be better - short walk to beach and close to the main square and shopping street. Not far from train station either.

This is an amazing apartment in the heart of Cefalu. The view is even better than the photos depict. All our needs were catered for in the apartment - it is modern and well looked after. Thank you so much for the great stay! Just one note to others - remember to buy enough drinking water to keep in the flat!

Le logement de Santo correspondait parfaitement à la description et était accessible grâce à la présence de Santo qui était là pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée. Il nous a facilité notre arrivée en repoussant notre heure d'arrivée à 21h00 ce qui nous a permis de visiter Palerme en continu sans avoir à revenir à son logement à 15h00 pour y entrer. En arrivant le soir, nous avons pu garer notre voiture de location dans le parking privé intérieur de la résidence moyennant 10€ mais c'était plus sûr que dans la rue. Grâce à sa grande réactivité, nous avons échanger en toute tranquillité avec lui. Je recommande vivement Santo pour la qualité et l'emplacement de son logement situé non loin du centre-ville accessible facilement à 10mn à pieds.

We are a family with 2 teenager who felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment. It is located in a small alley in the heart of the picturesque old town of Cefalu. Perfect location for exploring Cefalu on foot. During the week it was very quiet, at the weekend the town filled up. The apartment is practically furnished and very clean. Check in & out was easy and well explained, communication was very cordial and helpful. We got great restaurant tips from Maria. We can highly recommend staying here. Thank you very much for your lovely hospitality.
