Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mazara del Vallo

We had an exceptional stay at this accommodation, perfectly in line with the listing. Located in the countryside, it offers absolute tranquility while being ideally located to explore the northwest of the island. The hosts are of rare kindness: warm welcome, delicate touches, fresh fruit and even a well-stocked fridge upon arrival. The accommodation is typical, comfortable and very clean. Note the presence of some farm animals, such as dogs that can bark, but this adds to the rural charm of the place. We stayed with Nicoló for a week in May and had a wonderful time in Mazara del Vallo. The historic center where the apartment is located was beautiful and in the city tour Nicoló offers, we learned a lot about Mazara and he showed us great places. Nicoló is super friendly and warm and the tips he gave us for Mazara and surroundings were outstanding! He knows the best restaurants and the pasticcerias and there are beautiful beaches in the area that can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. We also took a ferry from Marsala to Isola Egadi, which is highly recommended! You can go from Mazara in 20 minutes by train to Marsala and rent bikes on the island for 5€ for all day if you want. Overall, we can highly recommend a stay with Nicoló and like to think back to our time.

A very comfortable stay with Paolo. Very friendly and attentive. More suitable to those that want to stay away from the centre as it's a 10 minute drive to the shops and sea. A very nice café/ bar right outside the apartment.

a very pretty authentic house, with tastefully furnished and well-equipped apartments. Our children appreciated the protected courtyard very much, for splashing in a tub or cycling. Elena is very attentive and accommodating, even though we unfortunately did not meet her in person, we felt very well taken care of. the location was ideal for us. close to the highway entrance for excursions, about 10 minutes to the sea with a very nice sandy beach - and even for jogging between the surrounding fields. without a car, it is less ideal, as there is actually nothing within walking distance. we highly recommend the baglio, whether as a family or couple. it's like a little home, far from home.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Sicily. The property offers a stunning view of the sea and is about a 15-minute walk from the beach. It is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and features charming architecture. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen—everything you could possibly need has been thoughtfully provided. Everything was in good shape and well prepared for our arrival. Antonella was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a very nice experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Anna's place. Anna is an excellent host, always available and communicative. The house is lovely, comfortable, and situated in a fantastic location to explore the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended.

Alberto was an excellent host that was proactive so he could be there at the same time to welcome us. He not only welcomed us into the apartment but left us water, wine & coffee and showed us around the area. Beautiful balcony with stunning sunsets over the sea. Fully stocked kitchen. Alberto was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great central location for visiting regional sites of interest. Town centre easily walkable.

Wonderful location and town. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time exploring Castellammare del Golfo, and Leonardo was always available for recommendations or help. If you’re planning to visit Sicily, this is a must visit location, and Leonardo’s place was a great property to spend our time there. It was quiet, well located and beautiful.

Giovanni and Marina were fantastic hosts. They explained everything very clearly and they accommodated a few things we needed with a smile- it was very kind and more than necessary. I will stay here again and refer friends to stay here as well. The terrace for coffee in the morning is a priceless way to start the day.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! The apartment itself was one of the most beautiful, updated, and spotless places we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the space was both comfortable and stylish. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot. From the moment we arrived, Angelo was so kind and welcoming—he took the time to get us fully situated and made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us some amazing local recommendations which helped us make the most of our time in Palermo. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Ok, so many people mention the flights of stairs. so, ignoring that. the property is very quiet given it is in the heart of old town Palermo. Air con is effective, the property is smart/chic, the location is amazingly central with short walks to major sightseeing areas. We sat on terraced an soaked in the sun, the sounds and watched the Swifts soaring. Antonio was flexible and helpful. you should also take note of he's house recommendations for all local amenities... excellent. Grazie Antonio.

This apartment was beautiful, spacious & in the perfect spot!! Our host recommended Silvia for our tour, gave us great restaurant recommendations, which just added so much to the trip. I could not recommend a better place in Palermo!

Lucio and Salvatore's place was amazing. It was spotless and so very tastefully decorated. My husband, adult son and I felt right at home. We walked to all the attractions. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from right outside the door. Free parking was very close. The kitchen was stocked. We were so happy to have chosen this beautiful home. Check in was easy with Salvatore and he was very helpful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Not only was it close to the absolute best restaurants, But this was some 5 star living, almost didn’t want to leave this place was so cool! A spa and little hang out up the top and great space to watch tv after a big day of sun. Definitely recommend Palermo staying here!! Couldn’t have done better! Beautiful place to stay! Lovely host!

Vito was by far the best host I’ve ever had - anywhere!! This place was fantastic. He was beyond accommodating and helpful. Incredibly responsive, friendly and overall a wonderful person. The place is smack in the middle of Scopello above lots of amazing restaurants. It’s spacious, very clean, and offers wonderful amenities. We will stay here again when visiting Sicily. Highly recommend!!

Lovely apt in central town with everything you need, plus a comfy bed, fluffy towels and dressing gown and a divine balcony with sea view and hot tub. We lucked out - this is fabulous!

We had a great time at Krizia's. The view is wonderful, much more than the photos show. The accommodation is very functional, ideal for 2 people. The air conditioning works great. Krizia is very responsive and always ready to answer any questions.

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

The space is really beautiful. At the beginning there was everything you need and many more little things (even a sparkling wine & wine to welcome us) We felt right at home and the Wi-Fi is perfect for working from abroad. We recommend the place to anyone who is superior to working remotely while enjoying a great view and a huge roof terrace 😉 Thanks for everything! We will be happy to come back.

Diego's apartment was excellent, the location is steps from a small local beach, great for morning swims. A short walk away are excellent cafes and restaurants that are busy with locals. The apartment is located a short walk away from the historic center which allows for easy access but a quieter neighborhood and great sea breezes. Diego was also very responsive, answering all our questions within minutes. he also provided lots of recommendations, we especially liked a wood fired bakery on the way to San Vito lo Capo. Cannot recommend staying with Diego on your visit to Trapani.

Beautiful apartment, completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Very clean. Valerio magnificent host! Very helpful and kind, it made our stay even better. Strategic location, very close to the sea, the supermarket and the center, with a beautiful sea view. Highly recommended! Valerio is an extraordinary host! We'll definitely be back!
