Beachfront vacation rentals in Mazara del Vallo

Overall we had a good time. Sebastiano was a great and very helpful host. For example we had a little trouble getting there by public transport (which we really wouldn’t recommend, a car is very practical in this area!) and he send his mother to pick us up from a city nearby. Selinunte was at that time of year very very quiet and empty and the beaches had a lot of algae - maybe consider this if you’re looking into spending time there. The kitchen was well equipped and cooking there was comfortable. The inner courtyard was very cozy, although obviously sealed off from the outside world.

We had a beautiful stay at Caterina's home. At first it was very hard for us to find and we went past so many times,we got there in the end. The rooms were comfy, clean and everything was catered for and thought of. Caterina sent us fantastic information about the surrounding areas and having a car really helped us get out and about to explore more. The sunrise and sunset views are so good for the soul, whilst the accommodation is on a main road, there was no worries or problems with this. It was lovely to meet Caterina and we had a fabulous stay! Thank you for making us so welcome. 🌸

We (2P.) experienced very good days in this beautiful place in mid-September. The garden with its many trees and plants is paradise; we had grapes, oranges, cactus figs, lemons, rosemary, basil, oregano …. In the kitchen there is everything it needs. The nearby beach (2min.) is great and we took long walks on the beach every day. There were few other people. The water is refreshing and clean. We have recovered well in this tranquility and the sound of the sea is still wonderful to hear at night..... We enjoyed the evenings under the covered veranda. The path to the beach leads over a short small dune and then - 50 m to the north - there is a restaurant with fine food.

We could not have chosen a better place to be. Favignana is stunning and the people are so kind and friendly…. With great sense of humour. Mara is the perfect hostess …. What a wonderful time we had at the Pearl of Sicily!! This stunning private villa has a beautiful sandy beach on your door step!! With the added bonus of a beautiful pool!! The villa was spotless inside and out! Antonion is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Wonderful peaceful place. It is a simple and a bit rustic space but the location, the silence, the ocean waves, the nature around it are just beautiful. Exactly what you need to disconnect. You need a car to get there and away but if you have it its also well located to visit sights around and you have wonderful beaches close by. Girolamo and his son Alonso made everything very easy and were quick to respond any question. We would definitely like to come again.

Nonna Giuseppina House is a wonderful location and matched any description given on Airbnb. You have a great view of the sea and a wild and empty beach close to the house. The house is authentically furnished, big and beautiful. Each room has its own bathroom which suited us perfectly. Bruno and Licia were very responsive, helpful and caring. We had a great time.

We (family with 2 children 1.5 and 3.5) felt right at home. Zaira has really thought of everything. From the stroller, cot and drinking water in the fridge, everything is available. When we had a power outage, she responded within 1 minute and showed us the solution and we had light again immediately. The house, garden and pool were very clean and we could even bathe in the heated water. The kids had extremely fun and didn't want to leave. To explore the area you need a car and you can be in Palermo in about 30 minutes and at the airport in 10 minutes. Grazie di tutto Zaira e arrivederci!

We had a great time at Antonio's villa. Everything was perfect and as described. The view from the villa is beautiful! Antonio was very kind and accommodating and offered us a solution when the hot tub was broken. Daniele, who manages the property, is also very kind and responsive. He was the one who picked us up and dropped us back at the airport. The car hire offered is a real plus to discover this beautiful area. We highly recommend this place and would be very happy to stay again.

We had a lovely week at Ivana’s beautiful house. The view is incredible and our 5 year old loved the heaters pool. Ivana had thought of everything with loads of beach equipment to use and tons of pool towels and very kindly booked us a restaurant on our first night

We had an amazing time at the villa. Everything was as described and the hosts were absolutely lovely. Very quick response and flexible approach to checkout which ensured we had the best time ever there. Will definitely be returning!!

Our stay at Lilli's house was just perfect....Lilli organized everything well...Directions... reception by Giovanni ....small provisions....communication also great with her....responds immediately....the house is a small gem and the garden with the many exotic trees, the view of the mountains, the great pool, the tranquility, just wonderful. Giovanni is the good soul of the estate and always has a tip in stock...the surroundings are great, especially we liked the ornate Parrini. Thanks Lilli for the super hospitality! We had a wonderful time, and loved your pool. Hope to come back sometime....

We were seven adults in Giuseppe's beautiful place. The house looks exactly like the pictures - very clean and lovingly furnished. The pool was very large and also the sea and a beautiful, spacious beach are only 2 minutes away by walk. The kitchen is perfectly equipped (e.g. automatic juicer, sharp knives, large boards, new pans and pots, great coffee from capsule machine, large fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen scale, etc.). The outdoor area is huge! The BBQ area with sink and induction stove is particularly great. Only "disadvantage": relatively narrow for seven, as two people sleep on the sofa bed in the kitchen and the bed on the upper floor has no direct access to the house and toilet. Ideally, five people or with children. A car is needed to go shopping. We would come back anytime, thank you!

We had a spectacular stay at Alfonsos place. The views from the villa are amazing and it was perfect waking up to watch the sunrise every morning as well as showering outside everyday. The place is very homely and cozy and we enjoyed using the pool and spa robes everyday. Alfonso is a friendly and accommodating host and was responsive to questions and anything we needed help with. The area is quiet and it’s best to hire a car to get around to travel to the supermarket but there’s some restaurants in Scopello itself and the beach is about a 20min walk away. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

We spent 5 pleasant days at Fabrizio and Lavinia's Villa. Communications were always accurate and timely. The property is reminiscent of a small Hollywood villa transplanted to Sicily. Designed and tastefully furnished, the villa and especially its swimming pool allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay in privacy. The two hosts live in the basement and are often away during the day for work. The villa coexists physiologically with the small fauna of the Sicilian countryside, for example with the cute geckos that come in the evening to snoop around. Recommended for those who want to relax in a large, clean, quiet environment, surrounded by nature that can even be sumptuous in some of its details.

The location was perfect for a peaceful holiday: restaurants on walking distance and also the sea nearby!

Great host Beautiful place.

Very nice, small apartment on the ground floor with space to park your car and direct access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, although the electric kettle was missing (but we're in Italy - coffee and wine dominated here!:)) There were also sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach. A good base for Palermo, Trapani, and Segesta. Giuseppe received us in person, explained everything thoroughly. He also recommended us a great restaurant for Christmas dinner.

This was a beautiful Oasis on the southern coast of Sicily. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marcello. he was extremely helpful and the property is very well stocked. This is a very special place that is serene and peaceful. We used it as our base of operations to visit various archaeological sites in the area and we're very happy to be able to return back here in listen to the ocean from the veranda. I will definitely return to this property if I am visiting southern Sicilia again.

Very nice house, quiet location, view of the sea. You feel very comfortable and can relax immediately. The kitchen is well equipped. The next bay is within walking distance, for all other activities or shopping you need a car. And Davide is a super host, he always helps immediately !

We had a wonderful stay in the holiday apartment. Apart from a pair of scissors 😅, the apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect for us. With a car, we were able to explore many places in the surrounding area. And as for the host… well, it’s rare to find someone so friendly and accommodating. We have had a fantastic time at Giovanni's house. From the beginning, he has been only just a What's App message away. The house itself has two large bedrooms with a bathroom en-suite. From the terrace (as well as the rooftop) you can see the sea which is a two-minute walk away. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the two terraces have more than enough seating, and the beds were comfy. Giovanni left a very useful list of sights, and restaurants to visit which we gratefully perused - we even took a ten-minute-stroll on the beach to restaurant Salisá instead of taking the car. All in all, we'd love to return! Thanks Giovanni.

The four of us had a very nice stay at the end of November. The property is huge and you have your peace. You can walk down to the beach via a small path. We went swimming almost every day. Simply wonderful there!
