Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.

It offers quick access to wine taverns and restaurants as well as local hiking trails. The former Mayschoß train station is within walking distance, approx. 10 minutes away, from which the buses currently run (rail replacement transport). The accommodation includes a car parking space

The apartment in the middle of the city of Adenau is perfect for a weekend getaway or for a longer visit. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach the center with restaurants, drugstore and other shopping. You can easily park your car in the rear courtyard in the private parking lot.
