On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Bright and modernly furnished attic apartment in the beautiful Ahr Valley, surrounded by vineyards and nature. Ideal for hiking, biking, or relaxing evenings with a glass of Ahr wine. Many of the region’s popular wine festivals are within easy reach. Our house was severely damaged in the 2021 flood, and unfortunately, the reconstruction is still not fully completed.
