Great place for a much needed getaway, grateful for such a comfortable and accommodating place.

Beautiful view of the north side of the island. Well stocked kitchen, fun private beach, lots of fun extra touches around the house. A lot bigger than the listing, was a great place for a home base and we can't wait to stay again. Responsive host.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described and the home was very clean. 5 minute drive into Eastsound and close to tons of hikes and beaches. Already planning our return trip. My dog loved the fenced back yard too! So hard to find a dog friendly airbnb but this was the only one on the island with a fenced yard :)

Leah’s cabin was a perfect place for our mother-daughter getaway. The cabin was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and had some lovely and unique amenities like the wood stove! The surrounding grounds were very scenic and the lake was easily accessible. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone travelling to salt spring and are eager to come back ourselves. Thanks for having us!

We found this cute Airbnb just up the road from where our son was getting married. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. It was perfect.

Very helpful host, as the code number had gone into my junk mail and I missed it- Jared was very helpful resending it to get into the house! Lovely house and location!

This Kinsol cottage is well worth the price, and is entirely private, unlike most Airbnb rentals in Vancouver Island, which are suites in someone’s house. It was clean and well designed. As an avid Airbnb booker I really appreciated that Liz had all the condiments and spices you would need for a trip away from home. The backyard is peaceful and we had no neighbours while we were there. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sound of the birds, we even had an owl land in the yard. The bedroom loft has steep stairs, which is noted in Liz’s description, you should go down them sideways (we were fine, but probably not suitable for elderly). The bed was firm yet very comfortable and the reclining loveseat had us falling asleep every night. One hour to Victoria, one hour to Nanaimo, 1 3/4 hour to Port Renfrew (if you take the Pacific Marine route be prepared for a very very windy road). Kinsol trestle was a 10 minute walk away and an amazing hike. Would I recommend Liz’s cottage, absolutely!!

Our stay was great, beautiful views, quiet and tucked away from others, the cottage was well equipped with outoor water accessories to use during our stay. Inside was nice and clean. We would love to stay again.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place. The hosts are wonderful. The layout of the home really lends to gathering with loved ones and this is exactly how the host designed it. My mother-in-law suggested we all have dinner at the cottage and we did. My husband and I love to cook. This is one of the few places I’ve stayed that has aprons in really good handmaids as well as sharp knives. If you’d like to cook in or grill and like being surrounded by beautiful trees and have access to a deep bathtub, then stay here! My husband and I visited family that we don’t get to see too often. This was a lovely place to do that and we plan on telling our other family members about it!

Perfect little cabin with a private beach. 5 star stay on the island

We had a wonderful stay at Louise’s Cottage! very clean, comfortable bed, wood burning stove and thoughtful little welcome note. Home surrounded by greenery and only a short driving distance to town.

Not only is this home luxurious and immaculate, it is a nourishing step back in time where everything is hand-made, lovingly curated, and generously shared. I can’t recommend this little cottage enough. And if you’re blessed enough to walk the gardens, well…delightful doesn’t even come close. I really recommend this stay for a family or anyone looking to slow down and savour a beautiful time.

We really loved this place and will be back again soon. It was everything as described and while we couldn’t find the frogs, the serene garden and pond area was peaceful and relaxing. The hummingbirds were also a delight to watch when sitting out on the deck with the surrounding forest. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook including the extras like spices. Really liked all of the candles in various places, it was so easy to unwind. The location was great too. Nestled in the forest, there was lots of privacy, but only a short jaunt to the grocery store or the beach and the Surf Lodge, which I would recommend. Good food, very good outdoor live music, and unobstructed views of the ocean and sunset while you eat. Gorgeous part of the world.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lake-side cottage. The place is right on the lake with amazing views. The interior is super cozy, with comfy couches and beds. It's one of those places where you immediately feel at home. Our hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. We would love to come again!

Mark and his property were both amazing. The cottage itself was nestled away but still close to everything you would need. Mark was responsive and easy to communicate with during the entire stay. Will most definitely be back!

Stayed for a week and it felt like home away from home. Had everything we needed. Located in a quiet location with lots of hiking nearby. The cottage is bright, clean, roomy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our dog was particularly fond of the sun room where she could watch the deer on their morning visits. We hope to be back!

This was one of my favourite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed! The photos do not do it justice. The cabin is beautiful and cozy. Our favourite part of this stay was the two border collies that followed us around we absolutely adored them. The skylight above the bed at night with the stars was unreal.

I will definitely return to this little Oasis! Everything was perfect - including the special little details. The 2 tubs were amazing - the fire place - the bed is super comfy as is the pullout couch. The outdoor patio is the best. Can’t say enough good things!!

We found ourselves in town for a family service and Fiona was the utmost kind and supportive host we could have found. The space was absolutely perfect, spotless, serene, and comfortable. It was exactly as described and made a difficult trip much more easy, especially being by the beautiful ocean. We saw a ton of wildlife so the speed limits are absolutely necessary. Thank you Fiona, we will surely be back in the future.

Beautiful peaceful place to say close to the beach and wonderful trails. The cottage was extraordinarily clean loved all of the local art throughout the cottage. Loved walking out every morning with a cup of coffee with a beautiful horses next-door. Strongly recommend if you’d like to get away from the hustle bustle of life..

So much space! We had a six-person group including two couples, so it wasn't a problem when one of the couples on the ground-floor decided to move to an upstairs bedroom to watch the trees dance as a storm came in. The large closed-off backyard was perfect for playing fetch with the dog as well as just letting her explore, and the supply of dog waste bags was very appreciated! The house itself was even more spacious than I expected from the photos! Plenty of room at the dinner table for all of us and the serving trays, and the living room was very comfortable with an amazing view of the water. Many of the bedrooms had wireless phone chargers, and the ones that didn't had lamps with USB ports built-in. It's also near SO MUCH! Mt. Constitution is just a short drive away, and one of our group rode his boat from Bellingham and moored it (with a reservation) at the marina less than ten minutes away, which we rode to visit Sucia Island to the north and catch a fish between here and there!

Teri’s cabin is perfect! She has gone to tremendous length to ensure every small detail for your stay will be perfect. From the heated bathroom floors, to the perfectly weighted comforters, to the beautifully stacked and dried firewood, your enjoyable stay is her priority. The cabin is maintain in pristine condition and loving details are in every space. Amazingly, she does this while also ensuring the space is void of any clutter. While I was there with my sister and nephew, I feel this space is suited for lovers seeking a special space to connect and enjoy nature. The meadow is beautiful at dusk and dawn and I strongly recommend an evening fire. Eastsound is a short drive where great local shops, wine tasting and restaurants are available. Orcas Island has beautiful hikes, parks, and walking trails available for your enjoyment. I cannot recommend Teri’s cabin enough. Thank you for a perfect adventure.

We had a lovey stay. The Sweetwater distillery of theirs 200m away was an excellent experience as well. Rooms were just like the photo and clean. Great spot for a getaway. Not walking distance to Ganges or too much, but car or bike make it easily accessible. Very private, quiet and a great place to make your own for a while. Thank you Fiona.
