We have created modern accommodation but kept the character of the barn with its original oak beams and stone. Located on the Normandy/Loire border in a rural location offering couples a quiet escape to the countryside. Self catered, but your choice of our breakfast option. Centrally based for guests to visit the many medieval towns, markets, walks and attractions within the region.

Situated on the cusp of Brittany, Normandy and the Loire sympathetically renovated is a cottage complex comprising of four cottages to rent. All cottages are available as two night stays as well as longer stays. Complimenting the cottages is a heated pool, gardens and petanque court. Bicycles are available for use. Sat on the edge of the village you are 7km from Saint Hilaire du Harcouet offering all you could want. Shops, history, cinema, restaurants, huge weekly market and more.

This peaceful house, 1 hour 20 minutes from Saint Malo or Mont Saint Michel; close to Brittany, and forest trails and ponds, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family and friends. Vitré swimming pool 15 min and Rennes 45 min by car. Access to train station 500 m away and highway 5 km away. The accommodation is equipped with a sofa bed on the ground floor that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The bathroom is upstairs and there is a toilet, with hand wash, on each floor.

During your stay, we will be happy to share the life of our farm (take care of the small calves, go get the cows for milking, bring in the 8600 rented chickens in the evening).

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.
