The Laußnitzer Hütte is a small alpine hut belonging to the Laußnitzer organic farm for self-catering at the end of the western Nockberge at 1,836 m above sea level in absolutely untouched, 20 minutes' walk from the Laußnitzsee. Our rustic alpine hut made of solid wood includes a small kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a guest room with a fireplace and a bed for up to 9 people with a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. During your stay in our XL apartment you will enjoy the view and tranquility. Our house is at 1100m above sea level at the end of a cul-de-sac. Summer Lungaucard free! The center of Mauterndorf, the supermarket, the restaurants and the ski bus stop to, among other things, Grosseck Speiereck and Obertauern is only a few minutes walk away. Our guests appreciate the spacious living room, nice bathrooms, nice beds, and the lovely sunny garden. XL also has its own outdoor fireplace.

Our cozy Zirbitzhütte with sauna and fireplace is located right on the edge of the forest with wonderful views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Natural Park at an altitude of 1050 meters. Right at your doorstep, the hiking trails start, the snow-sure ski resort Grebenzen can be reached in minutes. On the spacious, partially covered terrace, you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshippers will get their money's worth here.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for 6 people and 1 small child, by arrangement with pets, on around 100 square meters in any season. It is located on a sunny slope, not far from the Mölltal Glacier and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more.

The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!
