You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very special flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ever want. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best places I've ever booked. This is such a place you'd rather never leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in Grikvenica on the house beach in 10 minutes where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and explored a lot and it was wonderful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Accommodation a bit expensive, but I have to say very nice and in a great location, and amply balanced by the kindness and availability of Irena. Recommended

We came to Fazana spontaneously and had a very nice time there. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, is equipped with everything and more and the huge garden was a dream, especially with a dog. Hot tub and grill are at your disposal and all windows are equipped with fly screens. Zlatko is a wonderful host, he welcomed us warmly with drinks and cookies and was always easily accessible. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend it :)

Maja’s place was amazing. It looked exactly like the photos and the hot tub was amazing. Maja was very responsive and very flexible and attended all of our wishes. Would definetely reccomend the place and will definetely be coming back! ☺️

We liked our vacation very much! Robert’s place is very nice, exactly as described, the view is simply amazing and the apartment is well equipped! Robert and his wife were both very responsive and kind! We recommend his place without any doubts and looking forward to come back ourselves!

Alens place was lovely and very clean. We found the steep winding roads and sharp turns a bit of a challenge. She was lovely to deal with and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Would have liked to be a little closer to restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

Place close to many nice beaches accessible in few minutes by car (we were with our 3 year old son), the flat was super clean! Has everything you need, the owners are very friendly and responsive, it was a blast! 😊😊😊

She is a sweetheart, I had problems with transportation and arrived very late but there she was waiting for me to greet me in person, give me a tour of the place and offer me something to eat and drink, it really was a very pleasant and warm experience, I felt that they treated me the same way a grandmother pampers her grandchildren

We stayed at Matthias’ place for over two months, and honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had with any host – hands down! Matthias is an incredible person and a truly amazing host. From day one, he made us feel completely at home. He provided us with all the essential information we needed, gave us a winter pass for free museum visits (which was a game-changer!). His local insights and warm personality made our stay unforgettable. I genuinely hope we can stay friends in the future – Matthias is that kind of person you want to keep in your life. The apartment itself? Absolute perfection. It’s located at one of the highest points in Rijeka, which means you get a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and the port. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard – seriously, the view alone is worth the stay! But it’s not just about the view or the location – it’s the feeling of being welcome

We had a perfect stay at Weronika & Antuns apartment. The apartment was spotless and very clean. Weronika & Antun was very accommodating and had many good tips of restaurants and beaches close by 😎. We would absolutely stay there again when we go back to Opatija.

A big plus about the washer and there were laundry detergents ready so you didn't have to buy it yourself!!

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Beautiful accommodation with fantastic sea views. Especially the hot tub was a dream in not so warm weather in April. The property is saturated with everything you need. Ivan was very warmly welcomed and was always ready for questions. There were a number of tips on the area in advance. The private tennis court, sauna and bookable massages ask extra luxury. We would definitely book again and again.
