Despite located in the building basement, it is bright and from the large window you can enjoy a surprising Matterhorn view. Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

The chalet lies a little above the village. It takes about 15 minutes by foot from the train station and is partly steep!! If you have big luggage (skis,boots..) it’s best to take a taxi from the train station to Haus AIOLOS (Sfr. 26.—)! From Haus AIOLOS it’s another 3-4 minutes (90steps)!! IMPORTANT: to go skiing is real easy from the apartment. We’ll show you a shortcut path that takes you in 5 minutes ( all flat/no stairs)to Sunegga lift or the ski bus station!!

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.

We had such a lovely stay, the chalet was beautiful, beyond our expectations with a very well equipped kitchen and lovely furniture. The views were breathtaking and was very close to town, and the funicular to go skiing. We had the family together and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time. Overall a lovely holiday had by all.

We absolutely loved our time at Alessandra's place in Breuil-Cervinia. We were a bit sad that the Cielo Alto chairlift was closed right before we arrived, yet we could still rent skis right there, ski down to the main gondola, and then ski right back to the place at the end of the day. Our kids (15, 13) are quite used to walking which was a must as we were late in the season and the restaurants in the area were closed for the season as well. There was a bus but we preferred to walk it ourselves. The apartment itself was lovely with everything we needed and a spectacular view. Sleeper sofa was very comfortable for the adults. We would definitely stay here again.

The modern kitchen features glossy white cabinetry complemented by a speckled backsplash. Essential appliances, including an oven, kettle, and coffee maker, are neatly arranged. Ample counter space is provided for meal preparation, with under-cabinet lighting adding a functional touch.

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment is new and nicely decorated with beautiful views of Matterhorn mountain. Overall, very clean and well-equipped. Our host, Roxy, came to meet us personally at Zermatt train station and brought us to the apartment. She also offered to help with our luggages. Our train was delayed and she waited for us. Her efforts are much appreciated! We highly recommend to stay at this beautiful apartment with hospitable hosts. 😃
