My son and I stayed here for 24 hours in Manchester and John‘s apartment was perfectly positioned for all shopping and restaurants. John‘s communication at all times was excellent. And the apartment was just absolutely amazing. Very spacious and had everything we needed. It was an easy place to stay in and all the instructions to Access Were easy. Also the outside of the building and the interior lead up to John‘s apartment was just stunning. I’d love the fact that we are in the city centre yet the apartment was so quiet. Thanks, John,

The apartment is very close to the Northern quarter (with parking!). It was very conveniently located, very clean and a lovely apartment.

This is a great find. It’s close to the university and wonderful dining options. It’s also nearby the Peak District, easily accessible by bus. Highly recommend!

We have had a great couple of days in Manchester. Victor’s place is very convenient for exploring the city. It’s clean and quiet (despite being next to a dual carriageway) and the beds are extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

Just got back from a weekend in sanjays place and me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the apartment was clean spacious and modern. It had all the necessities there. Sanjay was a great and helpful host any questions we had he would answer. I would 100% recommend anyone and I will be back in the future.

Home from home. Ideal base for the Midlands. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful private garden. We highly recommend staying there.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

Sara’s place was a wonderful find, perfect for our trip to Nottingham as we were at the Motorpoint Arena most of the weekend and it was only a few minutes walk there as promised. The house itself was well equipped, freshly decorated, very clean and comfortable. The added, thoughtful touches made it feel lovely and homely. Sara was very helpful and prompt in her communication, from start to finish, going out of her way to offer further advice about local shops and restaurants. We will be back I’m sure! Thank you Sara!

Great communication from all parties at staycasa accommodation! couldn’t fault the stay at all. Perfect for me and my friends and easy to get a taxi into the city. Easy check in and check out would 100% recommend!!

Fantastic apartment everthing you could want home,not for everyone but we appreciated the HUGE tv and loads of channels,I took ill while away so it was great distraction Other residents lovely Can’t recommend this place enough And James was a fantastic host supa fast at responding and loads of recommendations 👌🏽

My boyfriend and I stayed at Steve’s place for a hiking weekend and we would definitely recommend it and will probably come back ourselves. Communication was excellent from the start—quick, clear, and super helpful. The flat was just like the pictures, if not even better in person. It was cozy, beautifully maintained, and spotless throughout. Steve really went above and beyond by stocking the place with everything a guest could need, from toiletries and cooking essentials to breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect—central and convenient, and the self check-in process was incredibly easy and smooth. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back! Thank you Steve :)

Beautiful place to stay. Close to many great restaurants and places within walking distance. Parking was a little bit of a walk, but the stay inside the home made it worth it. Adam was very helpful, a wonderful host.

Warren's apartment is perfect for your stay in Manchester - close to some great restaurants and easy to walk through most areas. the apartment itself is very stylishly decorated, comfortable and had all the important amenities, plus a few special touches on arrival. Definitely recommend!

it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was well maintained and had everything there for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owner was very helpful with all the instructions too and checking in as well. The best part was that being right in the middle of city centre made it a perfection apartment to stay at with friends and family.
