Not far, also, from Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo and Cancale… It is located in a quiet area, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a green park of more than one hectare with a farmyard (chickens, peacocks, ornamental ducks) that will delight young and old. The house is simple and tasteful. The essentials are there!...

Gîte "Le p'tit fournil"

Set in the village's former bread oven, from the outside you can see the pointed stones of the hearth opening. This unique place brings a warm feeling due to its small size and layout on 2 levels. Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Treat yourself to a relaxing break between Saint-Malo and Dinard, just 30 km from Cap Fréhel. Come and enjoy the seascape and its benefits in a house designed for rest and well-being. A sauna is available all year round and a private heated pool, equipped with a telescopic enclosure, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
