You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

The house has its own entrance and garden, the driveway is shared. Ideal house for 2 adults with 1 or 2 children, not suitable for 4 adults.

It comprises an attractive 70 m² living room with fitted kitchen and five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
