Monthly Rentals in Mathias

Kathleen’s home was so lovely and cozy, and Kathleen was communicative, helpful, and very kind! It is well stocked (tea, coffee, popcorn!), and was very comfortable for our group of 6. The pizza spot across the street was excellent and fun spot to hang out in the evening. Google and Apple Maps took us to the wrong location so keep that in mind when you’re looking for it (the area is very dark at night!).

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and no car noise. We loved the coziness and thoughtful notes left around the cabin. We also enjoyed the real wood fireplace, and all of the amenities inside the house. The place is well kept and owners are very nice. They even called before our checked out in the morning on our last day to ask if we had a good time and if we need anything else. We did not explore too much of the surrounding area other than a small shop with ice cream nearby.. so can’t speak on that. Overall we’d recommend this cabin for a quick and quiet getaway.

Lovely place, nice stay!

The Jam House was the perfect getaway for my wife and dogs. The nature walk was perfect and very well marked. Overall, we can’t wait to return for the privacy and views.
