I'm very, very satisfied The house was so clean and it was a convenient structure to organize my luggage, the house was warm, and the hot water came out well. It was also close to the ruins, so I was able to walk. It was the most pleasant place to stay in Italy

Host was amazing!! Probably best host we’ve had in Italy! He sent so many local recommendations and history of Matera! Was always responsive and flexible with our last minute travel changes. Apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay here in Matera!

The stay was perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean and bright. What perhaps makes the difference is the perfect location for visiting Matera, a 5-minute walk from the Sassi. Really ideal! Adriana was very kind and very nice, we feel like thanking her for the great experience!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Andrea’s husband to check us in and give us some information/suggestions on what to see in Matera. It’s a great apartment just outside the city walls of the old town. The location was perfect for us to walk and explore Matera. The apartment is spacious, clean, and beautiful. Wish we could have enjoyed it for a couple more days. Great stay in a great city.

We were two couples and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in the modern part of Matera but only a very short walk to elegant shops and restaurants, and to the amazing historical center you'll be exploring. The apartment is modern, spacious, nicely furnished, with a very nicely stocked kitchen. The patio is very large, secluded, and comfortable. We loved everything about the place and would definitely stay here again. I'd note that there is one bathroom adjacent to both bedrooms, but the second bathroom is at the other end of the apartment. The host offers secure garage parking for a modest fee. I recommend you take advantage of this but be sure to drop your bags off at the apartment before you park your car.

A luxury host, a beautiful apartment with everything you need, in a very comfortable area, close to a parking lot and a stone's throw from the historic center.

The house has a great location with amazing views from the balcony, making it perfect for staying a few more nights to fully experience the surroundings. Although we only stayed for one day due to our pre-arranged travel itinerary, we genuinely wished we could have extended our stay for several more days.

warm welcome by Raf's mamma, safe car in a parking lot 10 m away, everything is done on foot, the sassis, the new city, the lights at sunset and dawn are magical leaks. and warm departure also by Raf, with a kind surprise..... if I come back, it will be here, if friends have to visit Matera, I force them to come there too.

It was a memorable stay in every way. The space with lots of retro orange touches was functional and functional. Everything was well darkened, with parking you had to be lucky ( and we had that) and not only the house but also the stairwell was very clean. Finally, communicating with Angelo was very pleasant . Two of my friends and I stayed for two nights in Marcello's apartment; in addition to reflecting our accommodation needs (comfort of the apartment appropriate to the price indicated and convenient location in the historic center) we found Marcello extremely responsive and available during the 3 days spent there. The location is fantastic, absolutely central in Matera. You are direktly in the heart of Sassi. The apartment is indescribably great. I love the cave apartment. It is one of my best stay ever. The communication is excellent. We had a really good time there. If i visit Matera again, i will definitely stay here again.

There are people and people. Anita, our host, belongs by right to the second category: immediately friendly, welcoming and professional, everything is easy with her. The house is perfect for groups, comfortable, clean and relaxing. Anita puts that "plus" that really makes the difference between a place and "your home": impossible to remain indifferent to all this, kindness before everything else. 😊

Good location and apartment exactly as in the photos and description. Communicating with Daniela was simple and the directions she provided were extremely clear. Central location for visiting Matera... I recommend it.

Very good experience!

We arrived late at night and we had trouble with finding the place. Because the neighbourhood had many small roads the map could locate the place. Other than that we had a pleasant stay!

This apartimento was spacious and beautifully decorated with furniture and art work. The access was central and easy and views from the windows and balcony were amazing. Wonderful experience.

everything as described ... great welcome we even found breakfast!!! ... clean environment. The communication with Biagio was excellent, we had a probema with the key to enter but Biagio despite being Easter ...within an hour he solved the problem. How to get to the city center and... Sassi

Wonderful location, breathtaking city, unique stay combining the ancient with modern luxuries and a lovely host. Host was always responsive and helpful especially with our last minute request for the nearby secure parking garage. Garage attendees were expecting us and so friendly. Spacious accommodation with easy, secure access mere steps from the heart of Matera. A delicious complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe was also greatly appreciated. Lovely, friendly staff serving divine pastries, sandwiches and coffees! Matera is not to be missed and staying in a cave apartment, with a hot tub as well, was a once in a lifetime experience!!

Everything was as indicated. Really perfect location, in a few minutes in the old town or Sassi! Would book again and can honestly recommend it!
