The Water Room is a bright double room overlooking the Sassi and with a high barrel vault halfway up the loft. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. An antique wrought iron bed and a walnut chest of drawers characterize the sober and delicate decor. Two single beds have been placed on the wooden mezzanine of the room. Adjacent to the room, on the same floor, there is the exclusive bathroom for guests. A large bathtub cut into the terracotta floor makes this.

This is where saddles, blinkers, and reins for horses and donkeys were made for the farmers who lived in the ancient “Sassi” stone neighborhoods. The Antica Conceria is in an excellent location, nestled in an old artisan neighborhood, and its main street is the gateway to the Sassi. The maximum capacity of the room is 3 guests.
