Very nice accommodation, cozy and located in a very central place that allowed us to move easily in the most important areas of Matera. The host Anna was helpful, precise and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

An amazing place to stay- a short walk to the Sassi, and very close to shopping and parking! Mirella was amazing and made sure we were comfortable and knew how to work everything inside. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, I especially loved the croissants!

Great communication with Roberto, he even came to pick me up from the busstation because it was too far to walk, certainly in the rain. Casa Farella is located in the hustle and bustle of the old city and I stayed in the blue apartment with a 70’s vibe and a lovely balcony with a great view of the Cathedral. There is also a beautiful rooftop terrace. My favorite food places in the neighborhood: the Santa Caterina bakery with the oldest oven, is definitely worth a visit: try the bread and other goodies. And trattoria Pein Assutt, which serves tasty local food for a great (= cheap) price. All in all Casa Farella is an absolute recommendation and Roberto: thank you for hospitality

Beautiful place in the heart of Altamura.

Roberto is a great host, from the very beginning he was very friendly and responsive. While check-in, he provided all the details clearly, and gave a lot of information about where to visit, what to eat etc. Apartment has two separate sections. 1) Studio apartment: One bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. 2) One bedroom apartment: One bedroom with one double bed and one single bed + living room with small kitchen and one single sofa bed + bathroom. The building itself is very well maintained, everything as seen in the pictures. Shower cabin is a little bit small but this is something acceptable for such an old building. Location is great, in the middle of Old City Altamura. I would stay here again.
