I stayed at Yunal's Place for 2 weeks and loved it! The family was generous and welcoming. They were flexible, allowing me to stay longer than I had initially booked. They also offered laundry services and transportation! Lasantha helped coordinate a ride from the train station for me before we met; I found this incredibly kind. I will definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it :)

We stayed for 2 weeks at Gayans place, it looks exactly like the pictures with lots of space. The bed is really comfy and the shower has hot water although the pressure is low. Me and my boyfriend both work online, so the desks were great however 10GB of fibre internet was not enough for both of us to work for a full day You do need a bike for the location as there aren’t many restaurants in walking distance. We rented a different one because the bike provided had no mirrors I know this is a family home, however the owners were occasionally cleaning in the garden which made it feel a bit less private at times Overall, I would recommend Gayan’s place, it was great value for money and we had a lovely time in Weligama, thank you ☺️

We had an amazing stay! The house is surrounded by lush greenery, palm trees, and wildlife, making it feel like a jungle retreat. Secret Beach is just a 3-minute walk away—a stunning, secluded cove with soft sand, swaying palms, and crystal-clear water. Our host was fantastic, always helpful and ensuring we had everything we needed. The spacious kitchen and well-maintained house made our stay extra comfortable. Located just minutes from Mirissa, yet peaceful and immersed in nature. Renting a scooter made exploring even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This was our favorite guest house during our two months in Sri Lanka, it is clean, spacious, kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the garden is beautiful (our 3 year old loved it), also Prageeth is a great and kind host. We stayed at Prageeth's place for almost two weeks and didnt want to leave. Yes, Mirissa beach is a little far (about 8 minute ride with bus or tuc tuc) but there are also local wild beaches nearby (I also recommend to check out Polhena beach which is same distance as Mirissa beach). Also there is a great restaurant (Zephyr) in about 5 minutes walk which I highly recommend as the food there was delicious. Also a small shop, meat shop, fish and vegetable stands are very close. Overall a highly recommended place.

We really enjoyed staying in the two bedroom apartment. The apartments need some work, but they are spacious and comfortable. It was clean, and our host was very helpful. He helped us line up a taxi to Colombo, choose local restaurants, and light the BBQ grill. The location was great also - easy to walk to restaurants, markets, and beaches. We really loved the balconies and watching the monkeys and peacocks each day from them. We highly recommend!

Lovely hosts who were helpful throughout & greeted us, showing us around the property! Such a huge space with lots of useful amenities :) A very beautiful villa inside and outside in the private garden.. Was great that 3 of the bedrooms had A/C & the kitchen was fully equipped. Surrounding area was great and there was lots of points of interest within walking distance. Once again such lovely hosts and we will look forward to staying again as we felt right at home! What an amazing stay! We felt right at home with such friendly hosts, offering us everything we needed to feel comfortable. The room, kitchen and office has everything we needed to work for a week, enjoying a peaceful stay watching the monkeys and animals go past on the balcony. Will absolutely come to stay again!
