Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Mastic Beach

I was in the area because my father had a stroke. Mark was so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. His brother and mother both helped me tremendously during a very challenging time! What an incredibly kind, compassionate and caring family. The house was adorable very well stocked convenient location with a beautiful walk to the river! Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Ann’s place. Exactly like the photos, very close to Sag Harbor and the beach. The cottage has everything you would ever need! We would love to stay again in the future.

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Staying here truly felt like being in paradise. The house itself feels so inviting; it took no time at all to relax and feel at home. Everything that you could possibly need is here in the house. Michael’s attention to detail deserves praise! This home stands out from all others because of the minor details. My stay here was phenomenal! From the host’s response time, down to the amenities that were placed throughout the house. As soon as you walk in, it felt like home. The house is spacious and highly functional. The design of the house offers a perfect blend of modern mixed with nostalgic elements. The best stay by far. Would love to book again!

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

Had 3 wonderful nights here, took LIRR in & back to Manhattan twice & was able to catch some Broadway shows between my concert at the local historic Paramount Theatre John was a great communicator!! A+++

We stayed here for 6 days and it was the perfect spot! She had everything we needed & it was a beautiful place to spend our vacation. Erica was extremely responsive whenever we had questions for her. We would definitely come stay here again!!

Patrick's place was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was spacious. It was nice and quiet - just the occasional car going by outside. The backyard looked pretty but as it was cold and rainy when we were there, we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it. We'll be back!

My stay at Lacy’s was terrific, everything was spotless, great area and she was very friendly, I would definitely book with her again.

I loved my stay here with my boyfriend. It’s a wonderful place for two people and potentially a small family. It’s a quiet community and it’s a walkable neighborhood. The apartment was clean and as pictured. You will stay right in front a police station so safety isn’t as much of a concern here. I would recommend renting this Airbnb and I plan on using it in the future.

My husband and I have a wonderful time at the French Cottage. It’s a quiet place and we love it. Definitely worth the money.

This is a lovely home. We felt very comfortable there. The surrounding park was beautiful. We saw 5 deer one afternoon! It was very convenient to our family in Kings Park and to restaurants and shops.

We had a great time staying with Marina. The space was so clean and the perfect size for two adults and our senior pup. The outdoor space was beautifully landscaped and the beach was only a 5 minute walk. We would definitely come back!
