Roberta is a great host, lovely reception and great communication. The place was nice with everything you need. After two days we did notice a little bit of a smell from the fireplace, and with the windows open it was sometimes a little bit noisy, but other than that everything was great. We would stay here again.

The apartment is about 5 minutes by bike from the nearest beach. There are several free beaches in the area, especially the dune beach towards Forte dei Marmi. For this, it was very convenient that two bicycles belong to the accommodation. Serena was very friendly and helpful and gave us good tips for restaurants and activities. Since the apartment is located on the ground floor, it is relatively cool, but a little dark. There is a roof terrace for drying laundry, but unfortunately no possibility to sit outside. Good starting point for excursions to the beach, the marble quarries in Carrara or hiking in the Apuan Alps.

The host was flexible with check in time which was amazing. Their home was very clean. The balconies are gorgeous and we enjoyed our morning coffee while relaxing on it. The best part was the bed. Full linens, comfortable pillows and soft, plump bed along with a duvet. Probably the best sleep I had while visiting Italy. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and will recommend same to my friends and family.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The host was warm and welcoming, and gave great recommendations for nearby cafés, restaurants, and bars. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to the historical city centre, with a fantastic view of the city and ocean. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Massa!
