Monthly Rentals in Masovian Voivodeship

We had a great stay at this bright and newly renovated apartment. It’s well-equipped with everything you need for daily living, including a fast internet connection. The location is excellent, situated in a calm and peaceful neighborhood, yet still convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Warsaw!

Stayed whole Nov 2024. The flat is very comfortable, spacious and warm during winter. Real estate is new. The flat has all comforts and appliances you need. The neighbourhood has few shops and metro/bus nearby get you everywhere you need. Great communication with the host, they were attentive and cared about my comfort. I’ll definitely reconsider to be back for my next stay in WAW!

I stayed for a month and for long stays it is worth it. Apartment is in the ground floor, however it is not a problem because it is in secure gated community. 5 min to market, 10 min to shopping mall with train, so it is in really good area. A little problem is, It can also a little bit of chill when temperatures goes a little bit over 10 Degrees, because system slows down heating, however I am used to stay with t-shirt, it is not cold if you wear a thin sweater.

I have stayed in this appartment for a month. It is approximately 25-35 square meters appartment with a balcony in a business district. Nice host and a nice cleaning lady that comes every week to clean. Nice bathroom. A lot of good restaurants around. Parking is not included in the price, but it is possible to buy parking from the host or park on a public payed parking in front of the building. Weekly cleaning - included in the price. Modern building in very urban modern district, no big parks around. In general: good place to stay.
