The house is located in a quiet and peaceful place, 3.3 km from the border with Warsaw. 7 minutes from the house there is a beautiful park for walking and relaxing with playgrounds. A large yard with the opportunity to park a car, jump on a trampoline, sit at a large table after cooking a delicious barbecue or light a fire and sit on the stumps around it. Miroslav greeted us warmly and showed us everything we were interested in. The house is 120 years old and renovated in an antique style. At the same time, you feel comfortable in it and there is a warm atmosphere. The hostess left a delicious pie baked by her on the table, there was also mineral water. It was cool outside this week, but the heating was working in the house and it was comfortable. I recommend this house for a family vacation and we will definitely come back there again. Above all, a 5 plus host, extremely communicative, kind, welcoming, and we felt like we were staying with family. The cottage is charming, well-equipped, we were happy to use the equipment of the house, including a dishwasher. The fireplace works very efficiently in winter, providing warmth and comfort. The linens are clean, the cottage is clean with a very interesting interior, and a picturesque neighborhood.

It was a great getaway! The house is located in the woods, close to the lake – perfect for relaxing and walking. Bogusław is a great host! He helped us rent a sauna and set everything up for our family stay. He was always quick to respond to messages and sent detailed directions beforehand. I wholeheartedly recommend both the host and this home!

The house and garden are a wonderful oasis with lots of charm. Przemysław was very easy to reach, responded very flexibly and courteously to special requests. Everything went perfectly, from the contact, to the friendly check-in, to the great stay. How nice that this place exists in Warsaw!! We will be happy to come back!!

If you're looking for a place that combines the charms of rural peace with the comfort of a beautiful and tasteful interior, this cottage is a real gem. The whole place is a real gem where you can see the attention to every detail. It's comfortable and you can definitely feel at home. Ewa took care of everything! From the kitchen equipment (in addition, we received rural eggs, preserves prepared by Mrs. Ewa! ❤️ cosmetics in the bathrooms (and you also have to mark these things are not the first better ones, you can see that the host wanted well, beautifully) for games, books, and all these beautiful lights-additional lighting in and outside the house! what the atmosphere makes it. There is everything you need and even more, it is clean again, I will mark it beautifully ;) and scented. We were in the cold month, so the underfloor heating really did the job. So much about the house, and not less charming around it. The backyard is also well-maintained and prepared for guests in every detail!

This is a wonderful apartment for family's and in a great location we really enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment was perfect well located easy to reach the old town by walking or tram and close to the train station as well!! Apartment had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen and the balcony was lovely to eat at if the weather is nice!! Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend the apartment as a base to explore Warsaw!! Would definitely stay again!!

Super quality up to the price. The apartment was very large, we were with 5 people, and there was still a lot of space. Everyone had clean, large towels. In the apartment, we were surprised by a very large number of items for small children, which is rare in such places (baby bath, high chair, plush, toilet cover). There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen. Very good location ( 2 minutes to tram stop; 9 minutes to Palace of Culture and Science), quiet and peaceful. The minimum drawback was the lack of a dryer and no frying oil, and this was all good. Communication with the owner is also very efficient and fast. Before check-in, we received an accurate video of how to get into the cage.

This place and Aleksandra were amazing. Meeting her to get the keys was nice; she is very kind and a joy to talk to. Waking up and hearing the kids playing below in the field was the best way to start the day in a good mood. It's on the best side of the building, away from traffic, so you couldn't hear the busy roads. Staying here was very comforting for it being my first time away from the U.S. i hope im back in Warsaw and this is the first place im rebooking!!

Great host who was quick to respond to messages and help with everything. The apartment is clean, cozy, has everything you need for a long stay and is also in a very good neighborhood. The only thing I didn't really like was soundproofing, but in 2 months of stay it didn't cause too big problems. I highly recommend this apartment for both short and long term stays!

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. It was quiet and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Great location with lots of cafes, shops, and a tram stop nearby for easy city access. The only small issue was the old staircase — beautiful but a bit tricky with luggage. Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Clear check-in instructions too!

The apartment was well located, it was big, spacious and comfortable to be in. Specially the living room was very good. The only bad thing was that the dishes were dirty on the dishwasher when we arrived. But everything else was perfect and would recommend staying here.

Konrad's apartment is very centrally located and conveniently placed next to central tram lines. The apartment itself was probably the cleanest airbnb I've ever been to, and with high speed wifi and Konrad being extremely attentive and quick to respond, I can definitely see myself coming back whenever I'm in Warsaw again.

Piotr's place is a convenient small apartment in a central Warsaw neighbourhood not far away from the city's main attractions. Although small, the flat is sizeable enough for two people. Shops are in the same building, and the bus stop is very close. Helpful instructions from the host.
