Monthly Rentals in Maslinica

A wonderful apartment in a wonderful place, you just go down a couple of steps under the house and right into the sea. Very tastefully furnished. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, including capsules for the coffee machine and cold beer in the fridge :) The highlight is of course the large terrace with a view of the harbor and the sea. Thanks to Peter, the landlord, we felt at home. We had a fabulous vacation.

we loved every minute of our stay at Igor's place. He and his wife were wonderful hosts and made our visit even more enjoyable. Everything about the apartment was as described and we had everything we could possibly need. The view from the balcony was wonderful and it was a great spot for relaxing. It's a nice walk down to the restaurants and bars and as well as the beach there is a very nice small cove a short drive away. We loved staying at Igor's and are already planning to come back.

We enjoyed a very relaxed 10 days at Jasen’s house. While the interior is quite basic, it is clean and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlights are for sure the outdoor areas, with kitchen corner, large shady terrace and comfi seating - even plenty of space for relaxing in the hammock. The photos say it all. Who even needs the television, when you can spend all day outside, listening to the birds and buzzing of insects and watching butterflies flying by? The village is small and quiet, and provides all ingredients for a picture perfect vacation away from the crowds, at least in early June. Jasen is a great host, he provided all information beforehand to easily arrive at the house by public transport. Also we learnt a lot from him about the island’s history, and even got a lift back to the ferry when the time came to leave this beautiful place.

A functional apartment with a lovely terrace with a sea view. Great location near the beach and beach bar, walking distance to downtown restaurants. Davor is a great guy and very helpful.
